Claims (12)
- 시멘트 분쇄 보조제로서 하기 화학식(I)을 갖는 하나 이상의 중합체 A를 함유하며; 추가의 분쇄 보조제를 함유하거나 혹은 추가의 분쇄 보조제와 함께 조합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.상기 화학식에서,M은 각각 독립하여, H+, 알칼리 금속 이온, 알칼리 토류 금속 이온, 2가 혹은 3가의 금속 이온, 암모늄 이온, 혹은 유기 암모늄기를 나타내며;R은 각각 독립하여 수소 혹은 메틸이며;R1과 R2는 각각 독립하여 -[AO]n-R4이고(여기서, A는 C2- 내지 C4-알킬렌이며, R4는 C1- 내지 C20-알킬, 시클로헥실 혹은 알킬아릴을 나타내고, n = 2 - 250이며);R3은 -NR5R6 또는 -OR7NR8R9이고(여기서, R5는 H 혹은 히드록시알킬기이고, R6는 히드록시알킬기이며,R7은 C2-C4-알킬렌기이며,R8과 R9는 각각 독립하여 C1- 내지 C20-알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 알킬아릴기, 아릴기이거나 혹은 히드록시알킬기이며);그리고 a, b, c, 및 d는 몰비이며, a/b/c/d = (0.1-0.9)/(0.1-0.9)/(0-0.8)/(0-0.3)이고, a + b + c + d = 1이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, n은 8 - 200인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, a/b/c/d = (0.1-0.9)/(0.1-0.9)/(0-0.5)/(0-0.1)인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, c+d > 0인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(I)의 중합체 A의 비율이 수성 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 90중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 분산액인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추가 분쇄 보조제는, 글리콜, 유기 아민, 그리고 유기 아민과 카르복실산과의 암모늄염을 함유하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기 아민은 트리알칸올아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성 조성물이, 분쇄되는 클링커를 기준으로 하여 상기 화학식(I)의 중합체 A가 0.001 - 1.5중량% 되도록 클링커에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
- 시멘트를 제조하기 위한 제조 방법에 있어서, 시멘트 분쇄 보조제로서 하기 화학식(I)의 중합체 A를 하나 이상 함유하며, 추가의 분쇄 보조제를 함유하거나 혹은 추가의 분쇄 보조제와 함께 조합되는 수성 조성물을, 분쇄 전에 클링커에 첨가하고, 그리고 이어서 혼합물을 분쇄하여 시멘트를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트의 제조방법.상기 화학식(I)에서,M은 각각 독립하여, H+, 알칼리 금속 이온, 알칼리 토류 금속 이온, 2가 혹은 3가의 금속 이온, 암모늄 이온, 혹은 유기 암모늄기를 나타내며;R은 각각 독립하여 수소 혹은 메틸이며;R1과 R2는 각각 독립하여, -[AO]n-R4이고(여기서, A는 C2- 내지 C4-알킬렌이며, R4는 C1- 내지 C20-알킬, 시클로헥실 혹은 알킬아릴을 나타내고, n = 2 - 250이며);R3은 -NR5R6 또는 -OR7NR8R9이고(여기서, R5는 H 혹은 히드록시알킬기이고, R6는 히드록시알킬기이며,R7은 C2-C4-알킬렌기이며,R8과 R9는 각각 독립하여 C1- 내지 C20-알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 알킬아릴기, 아릴기이거나 혹은 히드록시알킬기이며);그리고 a, b, c, 및 d는 몰비이며, a/b/c/d = (0.1-0.9)/(0.1-0.9)/(0-0.8)/(0-0.3)이고, a + b + c + d = 1이다.
