- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물엿 180-220 중량부, 백설탕 150-170 중량부, 물 150-170 중량부, 주물럭베이스 1호 40-60 중량부, 생강 35-45 중량부, 마늘 35-45 중량부, 주물럭베이스 2호 33-37 중량부, 생강엑기스 22-26 중량부, 소스페이스트 20-23 중량부, 고추씨기름 20-23 중량부, 소금 8-12 중량부, L-글루타민산나트륨 8-12 중량부, 및 미향 4-6 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 훈제 오리 양념용 고추장 소스.
