Claims (9)
- 나사축의 나선 형상의 전동체 전주 홈과, 이 전동체 전주 홈에 대향하는 너트의 1주 미만의 나선 형상의 부하 전동체 전주 홈, 및 상기 부하 전동체 전주 홈의 일단과 타단을 접속하는 복귀 홈으로 구성되는 적어도 하나의 한 바퀴 홈 사이에, 복수의 전동체를 개재시킨 나사 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서,미리 평판에 상기 부하 전동체 전주 홈 및 상기 부하 전동체 전주 홈과는 역리드를 갖는 상기 복귀 홈을 절삭 가공에 의해 형성하는 홈 형성 공정과,상기 홈 형성 공정 후에, 상기 부하 전동체 전주 홈 및 상기 복귀 홈을 갖는 상기 평판을 구부려서 원형으로 함으로써 상기 너트를 형성하는 너트 형성 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사 장치의 제조 방법.
