Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 중합되지 않은 잔류 중합성 작용기를 함유하는 플라즈마 폴리머 피막을 기판 표면에 제공하는 공정과, 방사선 인가시 상기 중합되지 않은 잔류 중합성 작용기와 반응 생성물을 형성하는 최소한 1종의 성분을 함유하는 방사선 경화성 조성물을 상기 플라즈마 폴리머가 피복된 기판에 도포하는 공정과, 상기 방사선 경화성 조성물을 방사선에 의하여 경화시키는 공정으로 이루어진 피복된 기판의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방사선 경화성 조성물은 방사선 경화성 그라비어 잉크, 방사선 경화성 플렉소그래픽 잉크 또는 방사선 경화성 리토그래픽 잉크인 것인 피복된 기판의 형성 방법.

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 알파, 베타-에틸렌계 불포화 화합물은 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 것인 피복된 기판의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 폴리머 피막은 중합된 에폭시드 또는 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 것인 피복된 기판의 형성 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화는 전자 빔 경화인 것인 피복된 기판의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화는 UV 경화인 것인 피복된 기판의 형성 방법.
- 표면에 플라즈마 폴리머 피막을 가진 기판과 상기 플라즈마 폴리머가 피복된 기판 위에 방사선에 의하여 경화된 조성물을 포함하는 피복된 기판으로서, 상기 플라즈마 폴리머의 잔류 중합성 작용기와 방사선 경화성 조성물과의 중합 반응에 의하여 상기 플라즈마 폴리머의 일부와 방사선에 의하여 경화된 조성물의 일부가 반응 생성물을 형성하고 있는 것인 피복된 기판.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 방사선에 의하여 경화된 조성물은 방사선에 의하여 경화된 그라비어 잉크, 방사선에 의하여 경화된 플렉소그래픽 잉크 또는 방사선에 의하여 경화된 리토그래픽 잉크인 것인 피복된 기판.

- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 방사선에 의하여 경화된 조성물은 착색제와 방사선에 의하여 경화된 액체 비히클을 함유하는 방사선에 의하여 경화된 잉크인 것인 피복된 기판.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 액체 비히클은 중합된 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 것인 피복된 기판.
