이하 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 왕겨숯을 이용한 고형화 연료의 구성을 살펴보면, 상기 고형화 연료는 왕겨숯 분말 70~80중량%와 타르 20~30중량%를 혼합하여 펠렛의 형태로 성형하거나, 또는 왕겨숯 분말 50~95중량%과 생왕겨 분말 5~50중량%를 혼합한 왕겨숯-생왕겨 혼합분말 70~80중량%에 대하여 타르 20~30중량%를 혼합하여 펠렛의 형태로 성형한다. 이때, 상기 펠렛은 직경 6~8mm 및 길이 6~30mm로 형성함이 바람직하지만, 본 발명은 상기 펠렛의 크기에 한정하지 않는다.

상기 탄화로(10)에서 배출되는 왕겨숯을 분쇄기(20)로 투입하여 왕겨숯 분말을 형성하는 왕겨숯 분쇄공정(S200)과;
상기 탄화로(10)에서 배출되는 합성가스를 응축기(21)로 유입하여 합성가스로부터 왕겨초액을 응축하는 초액응축공정(S210)과;
상기 응축된 왕겨초액을 침전탱크(22)로 유입하여 왕겨초액에 포함된 타르 성분을 침전시킨 후, 상기 타르 성분을 타르혼합공정(S300)에서 사용할 수 있도록 교반기(30)로 공급하는 타르추출공정(S220)과;
상기 왕겨숯 분말 70~80중량%와 타르 20~30중량%를 교반기(30)에 혼합하여 왕겨숯 분말의 열량을 높이고, 아울러 왕겨숯 분말이 응집될 수 있도록 하는 타르혼합공정(S300)과;
