Claims (22)
- 적어도 하나의 반도체 층 및 적어도 하나의 절연체 층에 의해 임의의 순서로 둘러싸여진 전도체를 포함하는 케이블이며, 여기서
- 상기 반도체 층은 극성 공중합체 (a) 및 카본블랙을 포함하는 조성물 (A)로 구성되고,
- 상기 절연체 층은 극성 공중합체 (b2)를 포함하는 조성물 (B)로 구성되며,
또한, 상기 극성 공중합체 (a)의 용융점 Tm(a) 및 상기 극성 공중합체 (b2)의 용융점 Tm(b2)의 차이의 절대값은 25 ℃ 이하인 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 극성 공중합체 (a) 및 (b2) 중에 존재하는 극성기는 극성 공중합체 (a) 및 (b2) 중에 존재하는 극성 공단량체로부터 유래하는 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 극성 공중합체 (a) 및 상기 극성 공중합체 (b2)는 극성기를 포함하며, 상기 조성물 (B)는 극성기를 포함하거나 또는 극성기를 포함하지 않는 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1)을 추가로 포함하며,이때 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1) 중에 극성기가 존재하는 경우, 상기 극성기의 양은 극성 공중합체 (a) 및 (b2) 중에 존재하는 극성기의 양보다 적은 케이블.
- 제3항에 있어서, 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1) 중에 존재하는 극성기는 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1) 중에 존재하는 극성 공단량체로부터 유래하며, 여기에서 상기 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1) 중의 극성 공단량체의 양은 상기 저-극성 폴리올레핀의 그램 당 150 마이크로몰 미만인 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극성 공중합체 (a) 및 극성 공중합체 (b2)는 극성 공단량체의 적어도 하나의 동일한 종류를 포함하는 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극성 공중합체 (a) 및/또는 (b2) 중의 극성 공단량체의 양은 독립적으로 선택되고 또한 상기 극성 공중합체의 그램 당 500 마이크로몰 이상인 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀리몰(mmol)/g 공중합체로 표현되는, 극성 공중합체 (a)(C극성 공단량체(a)) 및 극성 공중합체 (b2)(C극성 공단량체(b2)) 중에 존재하는 상기 극성 공단량체의 양은 다음의 관계를 만족시키는 케이블.
-15 mmol/g < C극성 공단량체(a) - C극성 공단량체(b2) < 15 mmol/g.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이블은 내부 반도체 층, 절연체 층, 및 선택적으로 외부 반도체층에 의해 차례로 둘러싸여진 전도체를 포함하고, 여기에서 적어도 상기 내부 반도체층은 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같은 조성물 (A)로 구성되어 있는 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극성 공중합체 (a) 및/또는 (b2)는 적어도 극성 공단량체와 에틸렌의 공중합체이며, 여기에서 상기 극성 공단량체는 하이드록실기, 알콕시기, 카보닐기, 카르복실기, 에테르기 또는 에스테르기를 포함하는 공단량체로부터 선택되는 케이블.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 극성 공중합체 (a)의 극성 공단량체는 극성 공중합체 (b2)의 극성 공단량체와 동일하거나 또는 상기 극성 공단량체는 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타아크릴레이트 또는 비닐 아세테이트로부터 선택되는 케이블.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 극성 공중합체 (a)는 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 또는 부틸 아크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물과 올레핀의 공중합체인 케이블.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 극성 공중합체 (b2)는 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 또는 부틸 아크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물과 올레핀의 공중합체인 케이블.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 극성 공중합체 (a)의 극성 공단량체는 극성 공중합체 (b2)의 극성 공단량체와 동일하고 또한 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 또는 부틸 아크릴레이트로부터 선택되는 케이블.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 (B)는 극성 공중합체인 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1)을 추가로 포함하고, 또한 상기 극성 공중합체는 상기 극성 공중합체 (b2)와 동일한 극성 공단량체를 포함하며, 상기 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1)은 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 또는 부틸 아크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물과 올레핀의 공중합체인 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물 (A)는 10 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 카본블랙을 포함하는 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물 (A) 및/또는 (B)는 가교제를 포함하는 케이블.
- 제2항에 있어서, 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1)은 고압 (HP)에서 제조되는 저 밀도 폴리에틸렌 (LDPE) 고분자인 케이블.
- 제2항에 있어서, 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1)은 조성물 (B)에 대해서 30 중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 케이블.
- 적어도 하나의 반도체 층 및 적어도 하나의 절연체 층을 임의의 순서로 포함하는 케이블이며,
- 상기 반도체 층은 극성 공중합체 (a) 및 카본블랙을 포함하는 조성물 (A)로 구성되고, 또한
- 상기 절연체 층은 극성 공중합체 (b2)를 포함하는 조성물 (B)로 구성되며,
여기에서 상기 극성 공중합체 (a)의 용융점 Tm(a) 및 상기 극성 공중합체 (b2)의 용융점 Tm(b2)의 차이의 절대값은 25 ℃보다 작고,
추가로, 조성물 (A) 및 조성물 (B)로 제조된 모델 케이블은 1000 시간 습식 노화 후에 적어도 45 kV/mm의 파괴강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
- 적어도 하나의 반도체 층 및 절연체 층에 의해서 차례로 둘러싸인 전도체를 포함하는 제1항에 따른 케이블의 제조방법으로서, 여기에서 상기 방법은 하기 단계 (a) 내지 (c)를 포함하는 방법:
(a) 극성 공중합체 (a), 카본블랙 및 선택적으로 추가 성분을 포함하는 조성물 (A)를 제공하고, 상기 극성 공중합체 (a) 및 카본블랙을 포함하는 조성물 (A)를 용융 혼합하는 단계,
(b) 극성 공중합체 (b2) 및 선택적으로 추가 성분을 포함하는 조성물 (B)를 제공하고, 상기 극성 공중합체 (b2) 및 선택적으로 추가 성분을 포함하는 조성물 (B)를 용융 혼합하는 단계, 및
(c) 전도체 상에 하기를 적용시키는 단계,
- 반도체 층을 형성하기 위한, 단계 (a)로부터 얻어진 조성물 (A)의 용융 혼합물, 및
- 절연체 층을 형성하기 위한, 단계 (b)로부터 얻어진 조성물 (B)의 용융 혼합물.
- 제20항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 조성물 (A)는 추가 성분으로서 적어도 가교제로부터 선택되는 첨가제를 포함하고, 또한 단계 (b)에서 조성물 (B)는 적어도 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1)을 추가로 포함하며 상기 조성물 (B)는 추가 성분으로서 적어도 가교제로부터 선택되는 첨가제의 존재하에 용융 혼합되는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 단계(b)에서:
- 극성 공중합체 (b2), 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1) 및 선택적으로 첨가제를 포함하는 조성물 (B)의 고분자 펠렛이 케이블 압출기에 첨가되고, 상승된 온도에서 선택적으로 혼합 단계 전 또는 도중에 상기 케이블 압출기에 첨가되는 첨가제와 함께 혼합되어 단계 (b)의 융용 혼합물을 형성하거나; 또는
- 선택적으로 첨가제를 포함하는 극성 공중합체 (b2)의 고분자 펠렛, 및 선택적으로 첨가제를 포함하는 저-극성 폴리올레핀 (b1)의 고분자 펠렛이 개별적으로 또는 두 가지 종류의 펠렛의 예비혼합물로서 케이블 압출기에 첨가되고, 상기 두 가지 종류의 펠렛의 얻어진 혼합물은 상승된 온도에서, 선택적으로 혼합 단계 전 또는 도중에 상기 케이블 압출기에 첨가되는 첨가제와 함께 혼합되어 단계 (b)의 조성물 (B)의 용융 혼합물을 형성하는 방법.
