Claims (8)
- 알루미늄 함유 분말을 포함하는 알루미늄 납땜용 페이스트상 조성물로서,상기 알루미늄 함유 분말 중에 입경 D㎛ 이하의 입자가 포함되는 부피 비율로서 Q 용량%를 가로축 D㎛, 세로축 Q 용량%의 그래프로 플롯한 누적 입도 곡선에서 Q 용량%에 대응하는 입경 D㎛를 D(Q)㎛로 나타낸 경우, D(50)㎛가 20㎛ 이상 150㎛ 이하이고, 또 D(90)㎛/D(10)㎛의 값이 5 이하이고, 크기 45㎛의 체눈을 통과하는 상기 알루미늄 함유 분말 중의 입자의 질량 비율이 50% 이하이고,상기 알루미늄 함유 분말의 유동도가 80초/50g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는알루미늄 납땜용 페이스트상 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 함유 분말을 10 질량% 이상 70 질량% 이하, 불화물 플럭스를 2 질량% 이상 50 질량% 이하, 바인더를 1 질량% 이상 15 질량% 포함하고, 잔부가 유기 용제로 이루어지는알루미늄 납땜용 페이스트상 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 바인더가 부틸 고무, 석유 수지, 아크릴 수지 및 알키드 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는알루미늄 납땜용 페이스트상 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 함유 분말은 알루미늄―규소계의 합금 분말 또는 알루미늄―규소―아연계의 합금 분말인알루미늄 납땜용 페이스트상 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 함유 분말은 알루미늄 분말과 규소 분말의 혼합 분말 또는 알루미늄 분말과 규소 분말과 아연 분말의 혼합 분말인알루미늄 납땜용 페이스트상 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,커플링제를 더 포함하는알루미늄 납땜용 페이스트상 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 알루미늄 납땜용 페이스트상 조성물이 적어도 일부 표면에 도포된알루미늄 함유 부재.
- 제1항에 따른 알루미늄 납땜용 페이스트상 조성물을 한쪽의 알루미늄 함유 부재의 적어도 일부 표면에 도포한 후, 한쪽의 알루미늄 함유 부재와 다른 쪽의 알루미늄 함유 부재의 납땜을 실시하는알루미늄 함유 부재의 납땜 방법.
