Abstract
Description
도 2는 마그네슘 모합금의 미세조직 및 성분을 분석한 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 알루미늄 합금 제조방법의 일실시예를 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 4a 및 4b는 각각 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 산화칼슘(CaO)을 첨가하여 제조한 모합금을 첨가한 알루미늄 합금과 순수 마그네슘을 첨가한 알루미늄 합금의 용탕 표면을 관찰한 결과이다.
도 5a 및 5b는 각각 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 산화칼슘(CaO)을 첨가하여 제조한 모합금을 첨가한 알루미늄 합금과 순수 마그네슘을 첨가한 알루미늄 합금의 주조재 표면을 관찰한 결과이다.
도 6a 및 6b는 각각 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 산화칼슘(CaO)이 첨가된 마그네슘 모합금을 첨가한 알루미늄 합금과 순수 마그네슘을 첨가한 알루미늄 합금의 성분을 분석한 결과이다.

Claims (12)
- 마그네슘 기지 내에 칼슘계 화합물이 분포된 마그네슘 모합금을 알루미늄 용탕 내에 첨가하여 주조된 것으로서,
알루미늄 기지 내에 상기 칼슘계 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 칼슘계 화합물을 포함하지 않는 대응하는 알루미늄 합금에 비해서 염수에 대한 부식저항성이 더 큰, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘계 화합물은 Mg-Ca 화합물, Al-Ca 화합물 및 Mg-Al-Ca 화합물 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 Mg-Ca 화합물은 Mg2Ca을 포함하고, 상기 Al-Ca 화합물은 Al2Ca 및 Al4Ca 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고, 상기 Mg-Al-Ca 화합물은 (Mg,Al)2Ca을 포함하는, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 모합금은 순수 마그네슘, 또는 알루미늄을 포함하는 마그네슘 합금을 모재로 하는 상기 모재의 용탕에 칼슘계 첨가제를 첨가하여 제조한 것인, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘계 화합물은 마그네슘 용탕 상층부의 표면에 칼슘계 첨가제를 분산시켜 첨가한 후, 상기 칼슘계 첨가제의 적어도 일부를 상기 마그네슘 용탕 내에서 소진시켜 형성한 것인, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 4 항 에 있어서, 상기 칼슘계 화합물은, 상기 칼슘계 첨가제가 상기 마그네슘 모합금 내에 실질적으로 잔류하지 않도록 상기 마그네슘 용탕 내에서 소진시켜 형성한 것인, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 용탕의 상층부에 교반을 실시하되, 상기 교반은 상기 마그네슘 용탕 전체 깊이의 20% 이하의 상층부에서 이루어지는, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘계 첨가제는 산화칼슘(CaO), 시안화칼슘(CaCN2) 및 탄화칼슘(CaC2) 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘계 첨가제의 적어도 일부는 상기 모재의 용탕 내에서 소진되고,
상기 칼슘계 화합물은 상기 칼슘계 첨가제로부터 공급되는 칼슘과 상기 모재의 마그네슘 또는 알루미늄이 반응하여 생성된 것인, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금. - 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 모합금은 상기 알루미늄 100 중량부에 대해서 0.0001 내지 30 중량부로 첨가되고,
상기 칼슘계 첨가제는 상기 모재 100 중량부에 대해 0.0001 내지 30 중량부의 범위에서 첨가되는, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 기지에는 마그네슘이 0.1 내지 15 중량% 범위로 고용된, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금.
- 알루미늄 기지; 및
상기 알루미늄 기지에 존재하는 칼슘계 화합물;을 포함하고,
상기 칼슘계 화합물을 포함하지 않는 대응하는 알루미늄 합금에 비해서 염수에 대한 부식 저항성이 더 큰, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금. - 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘계 화합물은 Mg-Ca 화합물, Al-Ca 화합물 및 Mg-Al-Ca 화합물 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 Mg-Ca 화합물은 Mg2Ca을 포함하고, 상기 Al-Ca 화합물은 Al2Ca 및 Al4Ca 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고, 상기 Mg-Al-Ca 화합물은 (Mg,Al)2Ca을 포함하는, 내부식성 알루미늄 합금.
