Claims (5)
- 회전하는 로터리킬른(100)과, 상기 로터리킬른(100)에서 생성되는 생성가스를 배출시킬 수 있도록 로터리킬른(100)과 연결되는 챔버(200)로 구성된 로터리킬른 장치에 있어서,
상기 로터리킬른(100)의 생성가스 배출측 외주면에 결합되는 공냉식자켓(20);
상기 챔버(200)의 생성가스 유입측 외주면에 상기 로터리킬른(100)의 축선 방향으로 돌출 결합되고, 상기 공냉식자켓(20)의 배출측을 안내하여 삽입될 수 있도록 상기 공냉식자켓(20) 보다 상대적으로 큰 직경의 수냉식자켓(10); 및
상기 로터리킬른(100)과 챔버(200) 사이를 시일하여 연결하고, 열적 변형을 방지하기 위해 상기 수냉식자켓(10)과 공냉식자켓(20)의 사이에 결합되는 연결수단(30);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리킬른의 냉각 시일장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 공냉식자켓(20)은 외부공기가 내부로 상통되도록 일단에 다수의 통공(21)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리킬른의 냉각 시일장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 압박플랜지(32)는 그랜드패킹(33)의 압박정도를 조절하여 챔버(200)와 로터리킬른(100)이 고정될 수 있도록 상기 지지플랜지(31)와 볼트(B) 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리킬른의 냉각 시일장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 수냉식자켓(10)의 내주연에는 지지플랜지(31)가 안착될 수 있도록 단턱(11)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리킬른의 냉각 시일장치.
