Abstract
상기 진공 펌프(1)는, 펌프부(2)와, 구동부(3)와, 회전 전달부(4)와, 규제 부재(60)를 구비한다. 펌프부(2)는, 로터(21, 22)와 로터(21, 22)를 수용하는 펌프실(23)을 가진다. 구동부(3)는, 로터(21)를 회전시키는 구동 기구와, 상기 구동 기구를 수용하는 모터실(33)과, 펌프실(23)과 모터실(33)를 연통시키는 제1 탈기통로(P1)를 가진다. 회전 전달부(4)는, 로터(21)와 로터(22)를 동기 회전시키는 동기 기어(41, 42)와 동기 기어(41, 42)를 수용하여 윤활유 G를 저장 가능한 기어실(43)과, 모터실(33)과 기어실(43)을 연통시키는 제2 탈기통로(P2)를 가진다. 규제 부재(60)는, 제2 탈기통로(P2)에 설치되고, 기어실(43)로부터 모터실(33)로의 윤활유 G의 흐름을 규제하는 규제부(61)를 가진다.

Claims (3)
- 제1 방향으로 회전 가능한 제1 로터와, 상기 제1 로터에 근접 배치되고 상기 제1 방향과는 반대측의 제2 방향으로 회전 가능한 제2 로터와, 상기 제1 로터와 상기 제2 로터를 수용하는 제1 실을 가지는 펌프부와,
상기 제1 로터를 회전시키는 구동 기구와, 상기 구동 기구를 수용하는 제2 실과, 상기 제1 실과 상기 제2 실을 연통시키는 제1 탈기통로를 가지는 구동부와,
상기 제1 로터와 상기 제2 로터를 동기 회전시키는 기어 기구와, 상기 기어 기구를 수용하여 상기 기어 기구를 윤활하는 윤활유를 저장 가능한 제3 실과, 상기 제3 실을 상기 제2 실 또는 상기 제1 실에 연통시키는 제2 탈기통로를 가지는 회전 전달부와,
상기 제2 탈기통로에 설치되고, 상기 제3 실로부터 상기 제2 실로의 상기 윤활유의 흐름을 규제하는 규제부를 가지는 규제 부재
를 구비하는 진공 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회전 전달부는, 상기 제3 실을 구획하는 케이싱을 더 가지고,
상기 제2 탈기통로는, 상기 케이싱의 내부에 형성된 통로부를 포함하고,
상기 규제 부재는, 상기 규제부에서 상기 통로부의 유로의 일부를 차단하도록 상기 케이싱에 장착되는
진공 펌프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 통로부는, 중력 방향으로 평행한 제1 축방향을 가지고 상기 제3 실에 접하는 제1 유로와, 상기 제1 축방향과 교차하는 제2 축방향을 가지는 제2 유로를 가지고,
상기 규제 부재는, 상기 규제부로서 상기 제1 유로 내에 위치하는 제1 단부를 가지는, 상기 제2 유로에 장착된 케이스인
진공 펌프.
