도 2는 전동기 속도에 따른 최대토크 곡선을 설명하는 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명이 적용되는 인버터 시스템의 구성도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 인버터 제어방법을 설명하기 위한 일실시예 흐름도이다.
도 5는 도 4의 최적속도 연산을 설명하기 위한 일실시예 상세 흐름도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 제어에 의한 시퀀스를 설명하기 위한 일예시도이다.

Claims (7)
- 전동기의 최종속도를 설정하는 인버터 제어방법에 있어서,
사용자의 입력에 따라, 상기 전동기의 정격속도레벨 이하인 구간에서 정의되는 상기 전동기의 최적속도레벨을 설정하는 단계;
상기 전동기의 토크와 정격속도레벨을 이용하여 최적속도를 연산하는 단계;
지령속도가 상기 전동기의 정격속도레벨보다 높은 경우에는, 최종속도를 최적속도로로 설정하는 단계; 및
지령속도가 정격속도레벨보다 낮거나 같고, 최적속도레벨보다 높은 경우에는, 최종속도를 지령속도로 설정하는 단계를 포함하는 인버터 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
지령속도가 최적속도레벨보다 낮거나 같은 경우에는, 상기 전동기가 수동모드인지 확인하는 단계를 더 포함하는 인버터 제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
수동모드인 경우에는, 최종속도를 지령속도로 설정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 인버터 제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
수동모드가 아닌 경우에는, 최종속도를 최적속도로 설정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 인버터 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최적속도를 연산하는 단계는,
토크제한을 설정하는 단계;
설정된 시간동안 토크를 누적하는 단계;
설정된 시간동안 누적된 토크의 수와 누적된 토크를 이용하여 평균토크를 연산하는 단계;
토크제한, 평균토크 및 상기 전동기의 정격속도레벨을 이용하여 최적속도를 연산하는 단계를 포함하는 인버터 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 토크제한은,
정방향 토크제한 및 역방향 토크제한을 포함하는 인버터 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 최적속도를 연산하는 단계는,
연산된 최적속도를 최대주파수 범위내로 제한하는 단계를 더 포함하는 인버터 제어방법.
