Abstract
Description
서로 인접하여 합착되는 분리판의 두름부 사이는 최종압착에 의해서도 서로 닫지 않는 두께를 가진다.
이 경우, 상기 제1 씰링부는, 니트릴부타디엔고무(NBR)와, 에틸렌프로필렌고무(EPDM)와, 불소화고무(FKM)와, 아크릴고무(ACM)와, 실리콘고무(VMQ)와, 플루오로실리콘고무(FVMQ)와, 스티렌부타디엔고무(SBR)와, 부타디엔고무(BR)와, 클로로프렌고무(CR) 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 폴리머를 포함할 수 있다.
도 2는 도 1에 따른 연료전지 스택의 가스켓 결합구조를 보인 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 연료전지의 가스켓 결합구조를 도시한 단면도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 하나의 가스켓 결합구조를 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (4)
- 복수개의 단위전지 셀들이 적층된 연료전지 스택에 있어서, 하나의 단위전지 셀은, 막전극접합체와, 상기 막전극 접합체를 사이에 두고 일측 및 타측에 각각 서로 대향되도록 배치된 분리판과, 상기 분리판들 사이를 밀봉시키도록 상기 분리판 각각에 접착된 가스켓을 포함하고,
상기 가스켓 각각은: 상기 분리판의 내측면에 부착된 제1 씰링부와: 상기 분리판의 내측면의 상기 제1 씰링부와 이격 배치되고 상기 분리판의 외측면까지 연장되어서 상기 분리판의 외곽을 둘러싸도록 배치된 것으로 상기 제1 씰링부보다 얇은 두께를 갖는 두름부와: 상기 분리판의 외측면에 상기 두름부보다 두꺼운 두께를 가지는 제2 씰링부;를 포함하고,
상기 두름부의 두께는, 서로 인접하여 합착되는 분리판의 두름부 사이가 최종압착 완료시에도 서로 맞닫지 않도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 씰링부는, 니트릴부타디엔고무(NBR)와, 에틸렌프로필렌고무(EPDM)와, 불소화고무(FKM)와, 아크릴고무(ACM)와, 실리콘고무(VMQ)와, 플루오로실리콘고무(FVMQ)와, 스티렌부타디엔고무(SBR)와, 부타디엔고무(BR)와, 클로로프렌고무(CR) 중에서 적어도 하나가 선택되는 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분리판의 제1 씰링부는 상기 분리판과 인접하는 다른 분리판의 제1 씰링부와 대향하도록 배치되고,
하나의 분리판에 형성된 제1 씰링부의 두께는, 상기 분리판의 제1 씰링부와 인접하여 합착되는 다른 분리판의 제1 씰링부와 최종 압착 완료시에 서로 맞닿도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분리판의 제1 씰링부는 상기 분리판과 인접하는 다른 분리판의 제2 씰링부와 대향하도록 배치되고,
하나의 분리판에 형성된 제1 씰링부의 두께는, 상기 분리판의 제1 씰링부와 인접하여 합착되는 다른 분리판의 제2 씰링부와 최종 압착완료시에 서로 맞닿도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택.
