Description
도 2는 종래 기술의 문제점을 설명하기 위한 아연도금강판의 겹치기 레이저 용접 상태도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 레이저 용접방법에 의한 공정도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 레이저 용접방법에 의한 스티치 용접부 단면의 모식도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 레이저 용접방법에 의한 패턴 용접부 단면의 모식도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 레이저 용접방법에 의한 아연도금강판의 접합부 단면 모식도 및 사진이다.

Claims (7)
- 2장의 강판을 일정 갭을 두고 겹치기 레이저 용접하기 위한 레이저 용접방법에 있어서,
상호 겹쳐진 상부 강판 및 하부 강판의 용접부를 따라 초점구간의 레이저빔을 조사하여 상부 강판에는 용접부를 따라 용융 슬롯을 형성하고, 동시에 하부 강판에는 용접부를 따라 열전도에 의한 열 팽창부를 형성하는 스티치 용접단계;
상기 용접부를 따라 초점구간의 레이저빔을 일정패턴을 따라 조사하여 상기 상부 강판에 형성된 용융 슬롯의 가장자리가 상기 하부 강판의 열 팽창부와 함께 용융되도록 하여 용융 풀을 형성하는 패턴 용접단계;
를 포함하는 레이저 용접방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 일정 갭은
상기 강판 두께의 10% 내지 50% 범위 사이의 갭으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 일정패턴은
반복되는 "V"자 모양의 지그재그 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 일정패턴의 폭은 용융 슬롯의 폭보다 더 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상부 강판 및 하부 강판은
아연도금강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접방법. - 상호간에 갭이 형성된 상태로 2장의 도금강판을 겹치기 레이저 용접하기 위한 레이저 용접방법에 있어서,
상호 겹쳐진 2장의 강판 중, 상부 도금강판의 용접부를 따라 선형으로 레이저빔을 조사하여 상부 도금강판에 용융 슬롯을 형성하고, 동시에 하부 도금강판에는 상기 용융 슬롯에 대응하여 열전도에 의한 열 팽창부를 형성하는 제1용접단계;
상기 제1용접단계에 이어, 상기 상부 도금강판의 용융 슬롯에 대하여 상기 용 슬롯의 폭보다 큰 폭으로 초점구간의 레이저빔을 반복되는 "V"자 모양의 지그재그 패턴을 따라 조사하여 상기 용융 슬롯의 가장자리가 상기 하부 도금강판의 열 팽창부와 함께 용융되어 용융 풀이 형성되도록 하여 용접하는 제2용접단계;
를 포함하는 레이저 용접방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 갭은
상기 도금강판 두께의 10% 내지 50% 범위 사이의 갭으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접방법.
