Claims (12)
- 소정의 형상으로 기계 가공된 후,일수소이불화암모늄 수용액에 침지하는 화학 에칭에 의해, 전자 현미경에 의한 관찰로, 폭과 높이가 10~수백nm이고, 길이가 100~수천nm인 만곡한 이어진 산 모양 돌기가 간격 주기 10~수백nm로 면 상에 늘어서 있는 형상의 초미세 요철면을 가지고 있고, 또한 윤곽 곡선 요소의 평균 길이(RSm)가 1~10μm이고, 최대 높이 거칠기(Rz)가 0.5~5μm인 표면 거칠기가 관찰되는 면을 가지고 있는 순티타늄계 티타늄 합금의 기재와,사출 성형에 의해 상기 순티타늄계 티타늄 합금의 기재에 직접적으로 접합되고,폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지가 70 내지 97질량%, 폴리올레핀계 수지가 3 내지 30질량%인 제1수지 조성물, 또는폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지가 70 내지 97질량%, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 및 폴리올레핀계 수지 중 적어도 하나가 3 내지 30질량%인 제2수지 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 소정의 형상으로 기계 가공된 후,일수소이불화암모늄 수용액에 침지하는 화학 에칭에 의해, 윤곽 곡선 요소의 평균 길이(RSm)가 1~10μm이고, 최대 높이 거칠기(Rz)가 1~5μm인 표면 거칠기가 관찰되는 면을 가지고 있고, 또한 10μm 각의 면적 내에 원활한 돔 모양 형상과 마른 잎 모양 형상의 쌍방이 관찰되는 미세 요철 형상의 면을 가지고 있는 α-β형 티타늄 합금의 기재와,사출 성형에 의해 상기 α-β형 티타늄 합금의 기재에 직접적으로 접합되고,폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지가 70 내지 97질량%, 폴리올레핀계 수지가 3 내지 30질량%인 제1수지 조성물, 또는폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지가 70 내지 97질량%, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 및 폴리올레핀계 수지 중 적어도 하나가 3 내지 30질량%인 제2수지 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1수지 조성물 또는 상기 제2수지 조성물은, 20~60질량%의 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 그 외의 강화 섬유, 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 실리카, 탈크, 점토, 및 유리 가루로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 충전재가 포함되어 있는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 수지의 복합체.
- 순티타늄계 티타늄 합금의 기재를 기계적 가공으로 형상화하는 형상화 공정과,상기 형상화된 상기 기재의 표면에, 전자 현미경에 의한 관찰로, 간격 주기가 10nm 이상이고, 또한 높이, 폭, 길이가 10nm 이상인 볼록부가 늘어서 있는 초미세 요철면을 가지고, 또한 이 면에서 구성되는 1~10μm 주기로 최대 높이 거칠기가 0.5~5μm인 표면 거칠기를 얻기 위한 일수소이불화암모늄 수용액에 침지하는 화학 에칭을 포함하는 표면 처리 공정과,상기 화학 에칭을 포함하는 표면 처리된 상기 기재를 사출 성형 금형에 인서트하는 인서트 공정과,상기 인서트된 상기 기재에,폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지가 70 내지 97질량%, 폴리올레핀계 수지가 3 내지 30질량%인 제1수지 조성물, 또는폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지가 70 내지 97질량%, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 및 폴리올레핀계 수지 중 적어도 하나가 3 내지 30질량%인 제2수지 조성물을 사출하고,상기 기재와, 상기 제1수지 조성물 또는 상기 제2수지 조성물을 일체화하는 일체화 공정으로 이루어지는 금속과 수지의 복합체의 제조 방법.
- α-β형 티타늄 합금의 기재를 기계적 가공으로 형상화하는 형상화 공정과,상기 형상화된 상기 기재의 표면에, 10μm 각의 면적 내에 원활한 돔 모양 형상과 마른 잎 모양 형상의 쌍방이 관찰되는 미세 요철 형상의 면을 가지고 있고, 또한 주사형 프로브 현미경에 의한 관찰로 윤곽 곡선 요소의 평균 길이(RSm)가 1~10μm이고, 최대 높이 거칠기(Rz)가 1~5μm인 표면 거칠기를 얻기 위한 일수소이불화암모늄 수용액에 침지하는 화학 에칭을 포함하는 표면 처리 공정과,상기 화학 에칭을 포함하는 표면 처리된 상기 기재를 사출 성형 금형에 인서트하는 인서트 공정과,상기 인서트된 상기 기재에,폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지가 70 내지 97질량%, 폴리올레핀계 수지가 3 내지 30질량%인 제1수지 조성물, 또는폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지가 70 내지 97질량%, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 및 폴리올레핀계 수지 중 적어도 하나가 3 내지 30질량%인 제2수지 조성물을 사출하고,상기 기재와, 상기 제1수지 조성물 또는 상기 제2수지 조성물을 일체화하는 일체화 공정으로 이루어지는 금속과 수지의 복합체의 제조 방법.
