도 3a-3f는 본 발명에 따른 모놀리식 지지체 코팅 장치의 개략도 및 코팅방식 순서도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 방법에 의해 일차로 채널 내부 하부에 포획된 슬러리 상태 및 이차로 채널 전체로 코팅된 슬러리 상태를 보이는 개략 단면도이다.
Claims (7)
- 배기가스 후처리에 적용되는 촉매슬러리를 복수의 채널이 길이방향으로 형성되는 모놀리식 촉매지지체에 정량적으로 코팅하는 방법에 있어서, 촉매슬러리를 바닥이 상하 이동되는 정량 용기에 투입하는 단계, 촉매지지체 하단 및 용기 상단이 수평을 되도록 촉매지지체를 용기 상부에 이동시키는 단계, 촉매지지체 하단 및 용기 상단을 외부와 밀폐시키는 단계, 용기 바닥을 상기 촉매지지체 하단과 접면되는 수준까지 상향 이동시키는 단계 및 진공 인가 단계를 포함하는, 촉매지지체의 정량적 코팅방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 진공 인가 단계 이후, 촉매지지체 하단 및 용기 상단 밀폐를 해제시키는 단계 및 코팅된 촉매지지체를 이동시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매지지체의 정량적 코팅방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 코팅된 촉매지지체를 건조시키는 단계 및 소성시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는, 촉매지지체의 정량적 코팅방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 코팅된 촉매지지체 이동 단계 이후, 용기 바닥을 하향 이동시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는, 촉매지지체의 정량적 코팅방법.
- 촉매지지체의 정량 코팅장치에 있어서, 슬러리 정량 투입 수단, 상기 투입수단에 의해 정량 슬러리가 투입되는 상부가 개방되고 바닥이 이동될 수 있는 부피 가변성 용기 (101), 상기 용기 하부에 체결되며 용기 바닥과 연결되는 축을 가지는 운동 수단 (102), 및 용기 개방 상부 위에 배치되는 진공수단 (105)을 포함하는, 촉매지지체의 정량 코팅장치(100).
- 제5항에 있어서, 용기 상단에 촉매지지체 하단과의 실링 수단 (104)을 더욱 포함하는, 촉매지지체의 정량 코팅장치(100).
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 촉매지지체를 용기 (101) 상단으로 이동시키는 지지체 고정구 (103)를 더욱 포함하는, 촉매지지체의 정량 코팅장치(100).
