Claims (10)
- 심실을 가동부와 비가동부로 구획하는 막;
상기 막을 지지하도록, 상기 막의 비가동부 측에 결합하여, 상기 막의 중심에서 상기 막의 둘레를 향하여 심실벽의 영역까지 연장되는 복수의 보강 리브(rib);
상기 막의 중심에 고정되며, 상기 복수의 리브의 일단을 수용하는 실린더; 및
상기 실린더에서 심실벽까지 연장되어, 심실벽에 안착하는 지지수단을 구비하며,
상기 실린더는, 심실의 비작용부에 약물을 전달하기 위한 유로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심실구획장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 막은 상기 실린더의 중심축과 가까워지는 방향으로 접히는 제1상태와 상기 실린더의 중심축과 멀어지는 방향으로 펼쳐지는 제2상태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 심실구획장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 막은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(ePTFE; expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene), 나일론(Nylon), PET(polyethylene terephthalate), 폴리에스테르 중에서 선택된 생체적합성 고분자물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 심실구획장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강 리브는 형상기억합금 또는 형상기억고분자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 심실구획장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강 리브는 탄성이 있는 재질로 이루어지며, 상기 막이 펼쳐지는 방향으로 탄성을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심실구획장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강 리브의 심실벽 측 끝단에는 심실벽에 삽입되어 고정될 수 있도록 날카로운 선단 요소가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 심실구획장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강 리브는 5 내지 50개인 것을 특징으로 하는 심실구획장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강 리브에는 심실구획장치를 심실 내에 배치하는 과정에서 그 위치를 찾는 것이 용이하도록, 초음파, X선 등으로 위치를 확인할 수 있는 마커를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심실구획장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지수단은, 일정한 각도로 벌어지는 3개의 원기둥형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 심실구획장치.
