Claims (11)
2차 급속혼화조, 2차 완속혼화조 및 2차 침전조로 구성되는 제 2 응집침전장치를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 1차 급속혼화조는 원수와 저염기도의 무기응집제를 급속 교반하여 원수 내에 포함되어 있는 인 이온(-)과 저염기도의 무기응집제에 포함되어 있는 금속 이온(+)을 직접 반응시켜 플록을 형성시키는 역할을 하며,
상기 2차 급속혼화조는 상기 1차 침전조로부터 공급되는 처리수와 고염기도의 무기응집제를 급속 교반하여 처리수 내에 포함되어 있는 미세 플록을 고염기도의 무기응집제와 반응시켜 수산염이 형성되도록 하는 역할을 하며,
상기 저염기도의 무기응집제는 상기 2차 급속혼화조에 투여되는 무기응집제의 염기도에 대비하여 상대적으로 낮으며, 상기 고염기도의 무기응집제는 상기 1차 급속혼화조에 투여되는 무기응집제의 염기도에 대비하여 상대적으로 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 하수처리수의 인 제거 장치.
상기 1차 급속혼화조에 의해 원수와 저염기도의 무기응집제가 급속 교반되어 원수 내에 포함되어 있는 인 이온(-)과 저염기도의 무기응집제에 포함되어 있는 금속 이온(+)이 직접 반응되어 플록이 형성되며,
상기 2차 급속혼화조에 의해 상기 1차 침전조로부터 공급되는 처리수와 고염기도의 무기응집제가 급속 교반되어 처리수 내에 포함되어 있는 미세 플록이 고염기도의 무기응집제와 반응되어 수산염이 형성되며,
상기 저염기도의 무기응집제는 상기 2차 급속혼화조에 투여되는 무기응집제의 염기도에 대비하여 상대적으로 낮으며, 상기 고염기도의 무기응집제는 상기 1차 급속혼화조에 투여되는 무기응집제의 염기도에 대비하여 상대적으로 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 하수처리수의 인 제거 방법.
상기 고염기도의 무기응집제는 폴리염화알루미늄(Polyaluminum chloride), 폴리염화알루미늄실리케이트(Polyaluminum chloride silicate), 폴리수산화염화황산알루미늄(Polyaluminum hydroxy chloro sulfate), 폴리염화알루미늄실리케이트(Polyaluminum chloride silicate), 폴리염화황산알루미늄실리케이트(Polyaluminum chloride sulfate silicate), 폴리황산규산알루미늄(Polyaluminum sulfate silicate) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 하수처리수의 인 제거 방법.
