S3 : pH조절단계, S4 : 혐기성 소화조 처리단계,

Claims (7)
- 스트러바이트(Struvite)를 침전시키면서 암모니아를 탈기하는 전처리 단계 및 혐기성 소화조 처리단계를 포함하고,
상기 전처리 단계로부터 얻은 처리수를 유입함과 동시에 상기 혐기성 소화조 처리단계로부터 발생된 이산화탄소 및 메탄을 포함하는 바이오가스를 유입하여 상기 전처리 단계로부터 얻은 처리수에 의하여 상기 바이오가스에 포함된 이산화탄소를 흡수하여 고농도 메탄가스를 방출하는 바이오가스 정제 및 pH 저감 단계;
상기 바이오가스 정제 및 pH 저감 단계로부터 얻은 처리수의 pH를 7~8으로 조절하는 pH조절단계;
상기 pH조절 단계로부터 얻은 처리수를 상기 혐기성 소화조 처리단계로 유입시켜 소화조 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전처리 단계에서 전처리조에 폐수로부터 얻은 미처리수를 유입하면서, 전처리조의 하부에서 공기를 유입시켜 폭기시키고, NaOH를 투입하여 전처리조의 내부에 유입된 유입수의 pH를 10~11로 조절함과 동시에, Mg2+ 를 투입하여 스트러바이트를 침전시킴과 동시에 암모니아를 공기와 함께 탈기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전처리 단계에서 상기 전처리조의 내부에는 다공성 물질층이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전처리 단계에서 전처리 단계에 의한 처리수의 일부를 상기 전처리조의 상부로 유입시켜 상기 전처리조 내부 유입수의 표면에 살포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 암모니아와 공기를 포함하는 탈기된 기체를 황산처리하여 암모니아를 회수하는 암모니아 회수단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 암모니아 회수단계 이전에 상기 암모니아와 공기를 포함하는 탈기된 기체에 포함된 이산화탄소를 흡수하기 위한 이산화탄소 흡수 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 이산화탄소 흡수 단계는 상기 전처리조로부터 탈기된 기체를 이산화탄소 흡수조의 하부로 유입시키면서, 상기 전처리조에 의한 처리수의 일부를 상기 이산화탄소 흡수조의 상부로 유입 살포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이산화탄소 흡수 단계에 의한 이산화탄소 흡수 처리수를 상기 pH조절단계로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리 방법.
