- 중량 %로, 탄소(C): 0.51~0.59%, 규소(Si): 0.2~0.4%, 망간(Mn): 0.4~0.6%, 인(P): 0 초과~ 0.025% 이하, 황(S): 0 초과~ 0.003% 이하, 크롬(Cr): 13.7~14.3%, 니켈(Ni): 0 초과~ 0.4% 이하, 몰리브덴(Mo): 0.4~0.6%, 구리(Cu): 0 초과~0.5% 이하, 텅스텐(W): 0.8~1.2%, 잔부 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고,
페라이트 기지조직 및 균일하게 분포된 크롬탄화물 미세조직으로 이루어지되, 80개/100㎛2 내지 200개/100㎛2의 크롬탄화물 미세조직을 포함하는 마르텐사이트계 스테인리스강. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 크롬탄화물 미세조직은 구상화된 것으로, 상기 크롬탄화물 미세조직은 최대 지름이 5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 마르텐사이트계 스테인리스강. - 중량 %로, 탄소(C): 0.51~0.59%, 규소(Si): 0.2~0.4%, 망간(Mn): 0.4~0.6%, 인(P): 0 초과~0.025% 이하, 황(S): 0 초과~0.003% 이하, 크롬(Cr): 13.7~14.3%, 니켈(Ni): 0 초과~0.4% 이하, 몰리브덴(Mo): 0.4~0.6%, 구리(Cu): 0 초과~0.5% 이하, 텅스텐(W): 0.8~1.2%, 잔부 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 마르텐사이트계 스테인리스강을 열처리함에 있어서,
상기 스테인리스강을 800℃ 내지 900℃까지 승온시킨 후, 10시간 내지 30시간 유지시키는 제1 균열단계;
제1 균열단계를 거친 스테인리스강을 650℃ 내지 750℃로 냉각시키는 냉각단계; 및
650℃ 내지 750℃ 냉각된 스테인리스강을 5시간 내지 10시간 항온으로 유지하는 제2 균열단계;를 포함하는 마르텐사이트계 스테인리스강의 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 균열단계에서 승온속도는 200℃/시간 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 마르텐사이트계 스테인리스강의 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 냉각단계에서 냉각속도는 10℃/시간 초과인 것을 특징으로 하는 마르텐사이트계 스테인리스강의 제조방법.
