Claims (11)
- 이동 접점 부품이 추진용 탄약(propellant charge) 또는 가스 생성기에 의해 고정된 접점 부품 상으로 닫힐 수 있는 적어도 하나의 단락 디바이스를 갖는 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기(switchgear) 조립체로서,
단락 디바이스는 진공 인터럽터 챔버에 배치되고, 고정된 접점 부품이 위치되는 진공 영역은 막(membrane)을 갖는 커버를 통해 세분화되는데, 상기 막은 파손 라인(breaking line)을 구비하고, 스위칭 동안 이동 접점 부품에 의해 관통될 수 있고,
상기 막 위에 피스톤이 위치되고, 상기 피스톤은 이동 접점 부품과 함께 상기 진공 인터럽터 챔버로 가속되는, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서, 이동 접점은 동작되지 않는 상태에 있을 때 상기 이동 접점 부품의 일 단부에 배치되어, 진공-밀폐 밀봉을 형성하는 막을 통과하는, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 이동 접점 부품은 상기 막에 용접되고, 나사로 고정(screwed)되거나 땜납되는, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 이동 접점 부품은 가스 생성기에 의해 작용될 수 있는 피스톤-실린더 장치(arrangement)에 연결되며, 상기 이동 접점 부품의 동작 동안 파손 라인을 통과하는 절단 에지는 막의 파손 라인의 바로 전면 레벨에서 피스톤의 하부 면상에 배치되는, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 피스톤은 전기적 전도성 물질로 구성되고, 이동 접점 부품과 전기적 전도성 연결을 이루고, 고리형 슬라이딩 접점은 피스톤의 표면과 진공 인터럽터 챔버 사이에 배치되는, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 가스 생성기는 한 위치에서 스위칭 챔버의 하우징에 설치될 수 있는 나사 연결부를 통해 삽입되고 고정될 수 있는 화학적 추진용 탄약을 갖는 카트리지의 형태인, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 피스톤-실린더 장치를 포함하는 단락 디바이스의 상부 부분은 금속 물질로 구성되고, 단락 디바이스의 하부 부분은 절연체로 구성되는 진공 인터럽터 챔버를 포함하는, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 진공 인터럽터 챔버 또는 상기 진공 인터럽터 챔버의 상기 절연체는 세라믹 물질로 구성되는, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 이동 접점 부품의 일 단부는 외부 원뿔을 구비하고, 고정된 접점은 외부 원뿔의 원뿔형 형태와 일치하는 내부 원뿔을 구비하는, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 원뿔들의 측면들은 각이 져서, 일단 외부 원뿔이 스위칭 동안 내부 원뿔에 들어가면, 기계적 자체-로킹이 발생하는, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤은, 스위칭 동안 피스톤 링의 역할을 하고 피스톤과 실린더 사이에 밀봉을 허용하는 원주 그루브(circumferential groove)를 갖는, 저전압, 중간 전압 또는 고전압 개폐기 조립체.
