Abstract
본 발명에 따른 센서 조립체는 그리퍼에 장착되는 바디에 형성되며 상면과 통하도록 절개 형성되고 협소한 목부분(103)을 갖는 센서홈(102)에 결합되는 것이며, 상기 센서홈(102)에 직각방향으로 삽입되도록 폭의 길이가 한정되며, 내부에 센싱 소자가 구비되고, 일측에 관통공(12)을 갖는 고정편(11)이 형성된 본체(1); 상기 관통공(12)에 삽입되는 연결구(2); 상기 연결구(2)의 하부에 결합되며, 외주면에는 상기 목부분(103)에 지지되도록 돌출된 지지턱(31)이 형성된 브라켓(3); 상기 연결구(2)와 브라켓(3)에 결합되어 체결력을 발휘하는 체결수단(4)을 포함하여 구성된다.

Claims (5)
- 그리퍼에 장착되는 바디(100)의 상면과 통하도록 형성되고 협소한 목부분(103)을 갖는 센서홈(102)에 결합되는 것으로,
상기 센서홈(102)에 직각방향으로 삽입되도록 폭이 한정되며 내부에 센싱소자가 구비되고 일측에 관통공(12)이 형성되는 고정편(11)을 구비하는 본체(1),
상기 본체(1)의 관통공(12)에 삽입되는 연결구(2),
상기 연결구(2)의 하부에 결합되고 외주면에 상기 목부분(103)에 지지되는 지지턱(31)이 돌출 형성되는 브라켓(3) 및
상기 연결구(2)와 브라켓(3)에 결합되어 체결력을 발휘하는 체결수단(4)을 포함하고,
상기 연결구(2)는 상기 고정편(11)의 관통공(12)에 끼워져서 브라켓(3)과 결합되는 몸체(21) 및
상기 몸체(21)의 상단에 형성되는 환턱(22)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 본체(1)는 직육면체이며, 측면이 수직면을 이루고, 상기 고정편(11)의 하부에 홈(14)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 몸체(21)의 내부에는 홀(23)이 형성되고,
상기 몸체(21)의 외주면에는 끼움홈(24)이 복수로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 조립체. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 브라켓(3)은
내측에 상기 연결구(2)가 끼워지도록 관통공(12)이 형성되며,
상기 관통공(12)의 내주면에는 상기 끼움홈(24)과 결합되는 걸림돌기(33)가 다수 형성되고,
하부에는 연결구(2)의 몸체(21)가 안착되도록 단턱(36)이 형성되며, 체결수단(4)이 결합되는 나사공(34)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 조립체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 브라켓(3)의 지지턱(31)은 외주면의 양측에 대칭되게 형성되며, 상면이 경사지게 형성되고, 모서리가 둥글게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 조립체.
