Claims (6)
- 박판을 천공하여 여러 개의 원통형 수직 튜브를 성형하는 단계;상기 수직 튜브들이 서로 관통되도록 박판을 적층하는 단계; 그리고상기 수직 튜브의 단부 및 이와 접촉하는 박판을 서로 부착하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 박판은 알루미늄 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수직 튜브의 단부와 접촉하는 박판은 서로 용탕에 의해 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 천공에 의해 수직 튜브를 형성한 후 여러 개의 수직 튜브 끝단을 수평하게 절단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수직 튜브 끝단을 절단하는 단계는 수직 튜브의 내부에 내경 유지용 지그를 개재시킨 상태에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 튜브형 열교환기 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 핀 튜브형 열교환기를 구비한 냉장고.
