Abstract
본 발명은 위로부터 표면층, 상부층, 코어층 및 이면층을 포함하고, 상기 코어층은 PLA(Polylactic acid) 직물, PLA 부직포 및 황마(Jute) 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 기재층을 포함하는 생분해성 코어층을 이용한 바닥재를 제공한다.

도 2는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 생분해성 코어층을 이용한 바닥재를 나타낸 단면도,

Claims (12)
- 위로부터 상부층, 코어층 및 이면층을 포함하고,
상기 코어층은 PLA(Polylactic acid) 직물, PLA 부직포 및 황마(Jute) 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 기재를 포함하는 생분해성 코어층을 이용하며, 상기 이면층은 PLA 수지, 상기 PLA 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 활제로서 고급지방산 0.01 ~ 10 중량부, 사슬 연장제 0.01 ~ 10 중량부, 내가수분해제 10 중량부 이하, 탄산칼슘 500 중량부 이하, 목분 200 중량부 이하, 이산화티타늄 50 중량부 이하 및 송진 20 중량부 이하 중 하나 이상을 포함하며, 상기 상부층은 PLA 수지로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상부층 상부에 표면처리층이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 코어층을 이용한 바닥재.
- 제1항 및 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 황마는 4 ~ 12 lb의 굵기 및 5 ~ 15 개/in의 길이당 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 코어층을 이용한 바닥재.
- 제1항 및 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 PLA 직물 및 상기 PLA 부직포는 10 내지 200 g/m2 의 단위면적당 질량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 코어층을 이용한 바닥재.
- 제1항 및 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 상부층은 바인더로서 PLA(Polylactic acid) 수지, 비프탈레이트계 가소제, 용융강도 보강제(melt strength enhancer)로서 아크릴계 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 코어층을 이용한 바닥재.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 상부층은 0.10~2.0mm 위 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 코어층을 이용한 바닥재.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 이면층은 PLA 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 비프탈레이트계 가소제 5~60 중량부 및 용융강도 보강제 0.1 ~ 20 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 코어층을 이용한 바닥재.
- 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 이면층은 0.10 ~ 2.0 mm 의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 코어층을 이용한 바닥재.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 표면처리층은 폴리우레탄, 우레탄아크릴레이트 및 왁스 중 하나이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해서 코어층을 이용한 바닥재.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 표면처리층의 두께는 0.01 내지 0.1mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 코어층을 이용한 바닥재.
