Claims (7)
- 일정 지역 내에서 벌목된 목재의 일괄 처리공정을 담당하는 소정 개수의 목재종합처리장을 설치하고, 벌목된 간벌재를 벌목 후 24시간 내지 48시간 내에 해당 관할 목재종합처리장으로 이동시키는 단계와,
해당 목재종합처리장으로 이동된 간벌재를 소정의 폭과 두께로 절단하는 라미나 제조 준비 단계와,
절단된 라미나를 건조설비를 이용하여 1차 건조하는 단계와,
건조된 라미나를 주입실린더 내부로 위치시킨 다음 주입실린더 내부를 감압 후 나노 무기질재료를 가압주입함으로써 라미나 표면의 미세 다공속에 나노 무기질 재료를 주입하는 단계와,
나노 무기질재료가 주입처리된 라미나를 건조설비를 이용하여 2차 건조하는 단계와,
상기 라미나를 열개질가공실로 이동시킨 다음 열개질가공실의 온도를 150℃ 내지 230℃에서 12시간 내지 24시간 동안 유지시켜 열개질가공처리를 수행하는 단계와,
상기 열개질가공처리를 수행한 다음 열개질가공실 내의 온도를 점차 상온으로 5 내지 15시간 동안 감소시키는 단계와,
열개질가공처리가 완료된 일정 크기의 라미나를 수평 또는 수직으로 서로 맞대어 접착제를 이용하여 접합한 후 표면을 샌딩처리하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 열개질가공 나노 무기질 주입 가공처리를 한 집성재의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열개질가공처리단계는 열개질가공실 내의 온도를 150℃ 내지 230℃에서 12시간 내지 24시간 동안 유지시켜 수행하는 열개질가공 나노 무기질 주입 가공처리를 한 집성재의 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 열개질가공처리단계는 열과 함께 증기를 분사하여 이루어지는 열개질가공 나노 무기질 주입 가공처리를 한 집성재의 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 열개질가공처리단계는 상기 라미나의 외표면에 오일을 도포하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열개질가공 나노 무기질 주입 가공처리를 한 집성재의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 나노 무기질재료는 10~100nm입도를 가지는 열개질가공 나노 무기질 주입 가공처리를 한 집성재의 제조방법. - 벌목된 간벌재를 소정의 폭과 두께로 절단하여 준비된 라미나 표면의 미세 다공속에 감압 후 가압주입방법을 통해 나노 무기질 재료를 주입하고, 열개질가공실 내의 온도를 150℃ 내지 230℃에서 12시간 내지 24시간 동안 유지시켜 열개질가공처리를 수행한 다음 열개질가공실 내의 온도를 점차 상온으로 5 내지 15시간 동안 감소시켜 열개질가공처리가 완료된 일정 크기의 라미나를 수평 또는 수직으로 서로 맞대어 접착제를 이용하여 접합한 후 표면을 샌딩처리하여 형성되는 열개질가공 나노 무기질 주입 가공처리 집성재.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 나노 무기질재료는 10~100nm입도를 가지는 열개질가공 나노 무기질 주입 가공처리 집성재.
