Claims (2)
- 다이캐스팅 금형구조체(A)에 있어서,
상기 다이캐스팅 금형구조체(A)는, 가동금형부(1)와 고정금형부(2)로 분할되게 형성되고,
상기 고정금형부(2)는 성형품(M)이 성형되는 고정금형성형체가 내부에 배치되는 금형공간(21a)이 형성되고 상기 금형공간(21a)에 이격되게 탄성작동공간(21b)이 형성된 고정금형본체(21)와,
상기 금형공간(21a)내에 배치되며 성형품(M)이 성형되는 형태가 형성된 캐비티(22a)를 갖는 고정금형성형체(22)와,
상기 캐비티(22a)에 성형된 성형품(M)을 압출시키도록 캐비티(22a)의 상부의 고정금형성형체(22)와 고정금형본체(21)에 연통되게 형성된 압출공(23)상에 삽입되어 작동되는 압출핀(24)과,
가동금형부(1)와 분리되게 작동하는 고정측 리턴핀(25)과,
상기 압출핀(24)과 고정측 리턴핀(25)을 탄성적으로 작동시키도록 탄성작동공간(21b)내에 설치되어 승하강되게 작동되는 고정측 밀판(26)과,
상기 고정측 밀판(26)을 승하강작동되게 탄성적으로 작동시키는 탄성작동부(27)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅 금형구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성작동부(27)는 고정측 리턴핀(25)을 작동시키는 우레탄 탄성부(27a)와 압출핀(24)을 작동시키는 스프링부(27b)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅 금형구조체.
