Claims (6)
- 360nm 이상의 자외선 또는 가시광에 의하여 여기 되는 발광물질에 있어서,양이온 성분으로 구리와 알칼리토금속 물질을 포함하고,희토류에 의하여 활성화되는 무기물 혼성 결정을 포함하되,상기 구리는 활성제 요소가 아닌 임자 결정 요소로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기물 혼성 결정은 다음의 화학식1(화학식1)a(M'O)b(M''O)c(M'''X)d(M'''2O)e(M''''2O3)f(M'''''oOp)g(SiO2) h(M''''''xOy)여기서, 금속 M'는 Cu이고,금속 M''는 Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn, Cd, Mn, 2가 원소로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,금속 M'''는 Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Au, Ag, 1가 원소로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,금속 M''''는 B, Al, Ga, In으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,금속 M'''''는 Ge, V, Nb, Ta, W, Mo, Ti, Zr, Hf로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,금속 M''''''는 Bi, Sn, Sb, Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 적어도 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,X는 F, Cl, Br, I로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 적어도 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,여기서0 < a ≤ 20 < b ≤ 80 ≤ c ≤ 40 ≤ d ≤ 20 ≤ e ≤ 20 ≤ f ≤ 20 ≤ g ≤ 100 < h ≤ 51 ≤ o ≤ 21 ≤ p ≤ 51 ≤ x ≤ 21 ≤ y ≤ 5로 표현되며 희토류에 의하여 활성화되는 무기물 혼성 결정으로 구리-알칼리-토류 실리케이트 혼성 결정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기물 혼성 결정은 다음의 화학식2(화학식2)a(M'O)b(M''2O)c(M''X)d(GeO2)e(M'''O)f(M''''2O3)g(M'''''oOp)h(M''''''xOy)여기서, 금속 M'는 Cu이고,금속 M''는 Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Au, Ag, 1가 원소로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,금속 M'''는 Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn, Cd, Mn, 2가 원소로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,금속 M''''는 Sc, Y, B, Al, Ga, In, La, 3가 원소로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,금속 M'''''는 Si, Ti, Zr, Mn, V, Nb, Nd, Ta, W, Mo로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,금속 M''''''는 Bi, Sn, Pr, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Tb로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 적어도 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,X는 F, Cl, Br, I로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 적어도 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분으로 구성되고,여기서0 < a ≤ 20 ≤ b ≤ 20 ≤ c ≤ 100 < d ≤ 100 ≤ e ≤ 140 ≤ f ≤ 140 ≤ g ≤ 100 ≤ h ≤ 21 ≤ o ≤ 21 ≤ p ≤ 51 ≤ x ≤ 21 ≤ y ≤ 5로 표현되며 희토류에 의하여 활성화되는 무기물 혼성 결정으로 구리-알칼리-토류 저머네이트 및/또는 저머네이트-실리케이트 혼성 결정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 구리-알칼리-토류 혼성 결정의 스트론튬(Strontium) 농도가 0.4몰/몰 형광체 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기물 혼성 결정은 발광 장치 내에 실장된 하나 또는 그 이상의 300-400nm 범위 내의 장파장 자외선 및/또는 380-500nm 범위 내의 청색 광에 의하여 연색성 90 이상의 가시광 영역 내의 광으로 파장 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기물 혼성 결정은 연색성 90 이상의 백색광을 내기 위하여 단일 형광체 및/또는 다른 형광체와 혼합되어 발광 다이오드(LED)에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광물질.
