Claims (3)
- 이식 가능한 의료 용구를,
매트릭스층 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0.1~60 중량%인, 할로겐화 하이드록실 에테르, 아실옥시디페닐 에테르 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 항균제; 매트릭스층 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 20~85중량%인, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 비닐아크릴레이트 및 비닐아크릴산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 단일 중합체 또는 둘 이상의 공중합체인 비수용성 아크릴계 고분자를 포함하는 점착제; 매트릭스층 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0.1~30 중량%인 비이온성 계면활성제; 및 매트릭스층 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 1~30 중량%인 600 달톤 이하의 분자량을 가지는 알코올;을 포함하는 것인 매트릭스층;
상기 매트릭스층의 한 면에 형성되고, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 및 레이온으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질로 이루어진 다공성 필름 또는 부직포로 이루어지는 항균제 방출층; 및
상기 매트릭스층의 타 면에 형성되는 박리층으로 이루어지는 매트릭스형 항균 비히클에 노출시키는 단계; 및
상기 의료 용구와 상기 매트릭스형 항균 비히클을 30℃~80℃, 3~19시간, 대기압 또는 감압하에 적용시키는 단계를 포함하는 항균성 의료 용구의 제조방법. - 이식 가능한 의료 용구와,
매트릭스층 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0.1~60 중량%인, 할로겐화 하이드록실 에테르, 아실옥시디페닐 에테르 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 항균제; 매트릭스층 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 20~85중량%인, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 비닐아크릴레이트 및 비닐아크릴산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 단일 중합체 또는 둘 이상의 공중합체인 비수용성 아크릴계 고분자를 포함하는 점착제; 매트릭스층 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0.1~30 중량%인 비이온성 계면활성제; 및 매트릭스층 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 1~30 중량%인 600 달톤 이하의 분자량을 가지는 알코올;을 포함하는 것인 매트릭스층;
상기 매트릭스층의 한 면에 형성되고, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 및 레이온으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질로 이루어진 다공성 필름 또는 부직포로 이루어지는 항균제 방출층; 및
상기 매트릭스층의 타 면에 형성되는 박리층으로 이루어지는 매트릭스형 항균 비히클을 패키지 내에 위치시키는 단계; 및
패키지, 의료 용구와 상기 매트릭스형 항균 비히클을 30℃~80℃, 3~19시간, 대기압 또는 감압하에 적용시키는 단계를 포함하는 항균성 의료용구의 제조방법. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제 및 알코올은 1 : 1 내지 1 : 4의 중량비로 포함되는 것인 항균성 의료용구의 제조방법.
