Abstract

본 고안은 웨브 트러스에 있어서: 단면이 동일한 구조로 형상한 ㄷ자의, 길이방향의 상현재와 위치만 달리한 하현재 그리고, 상현재와 하현재를 동일한 구조에 반원(half circle)의 형태로 형상한 웨브로 연결하는 것이 구성되었다.
본 고안은 필요에 따라 상현재와 하현재 길이방향의 양, 측면에 대각선(X자형)의 좌굴보강재와 길이방향의 앵글형의 보강재를 볼트로 결합할 수 있도록 추가 구성하였다.
본 고안은 웨브에 있어서: 간격과 단면이 동일한 구조에 2개의 요철모양의 홈을 일정 간격으로 구성하고, 웨브를 반대방향(X자 형상)으로 교차하여 요철모양의 홈에 끼우는 것을 구성하였다.
본 고안은 웨브와 웨브 사이의 공간에 배관을 추가로 설치 할 수 있도록 하여 조임 볼트로 배관을 고정할 수 있도록 구성을 하였다.

더욱 상세한 트러스 구성에 있어서, 웨브부재에 균형적으로 구성된 요홈(33,36)을 통하여 웨브부재(30)를 웨브부재(31)가 중심에 원형의 공간이 형성이 되도록 끼워 결합하고, 결합하여 일체가 된 웨브를 상현재와 하현재의 측면에 구성한 관통 공에 볼트로 각각 체결하고 또한, 웨브의 좌굴하중에 대한 보강재(50)와 헤드부재의 보강재인 앵글보강재(62)를 상, 하현재를 측면에 구성한 관통 공에 볼트로 각각 체결할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하였다.

단면이 반원(오메가)형상으로서, 요홈을 웨브와 웨브를 결합하여 웨브가 중심에 원형의 공간이 형성이 되도록 폭과 길이와 간격이 동일한 규격으로 구성하고 또한, 배관을 고정할 수 있도록 웨브에 조임 볼트용 나사산을 추가하여 구성하고,
트러스 구성에 있어서,
웨브와 웨브를 웨브가 중심에 원형의 공간이 형성이 되도록 결합하여, 상현재와 하현재의 측면에 구성한 관통 공에 볼트로 각각 체결하고
또한, 웨브의 좌굴하중에 대한 보강재와 상, 하현재를 측면에 구성한 관통 공에 볼트로 각각 체결할 수 있도록 추가하여 구성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 웨브트러스.
