Claims (10)
- a) 폴리비닐알코올 원료 용액을 압출기와 다이를 통해 캐스팅 드럼 위에 공급하고 예비건조하는 단계;
b) 상기 예비건조된 필름을 스트리퍼 롤을 사용하여 캐스팅 드럼으로부터 박리시킨 후 건조 롤로 이송시키는 단계; 및
c) 상기 이송된 필름을 수 개의 건조 롤을 통과시키면서 다단 건조시키는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 단계 a)의 다이와 캐스팅 드럼 사이 (A),
상기 단계 b)의 스트리퍼 롤과 건조 롤 사이 (B), 및
상기 단계 c)의 건조 롤 통과 구간 (C) 중
둘 이상의 위치에 IR 히터를 장착하여, 하기 수학식 1 내지 3의 온도 조건으로 가동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조방법:
수학식 1: 30 + 50 x s ≤ Ta ≤ 150 + 50 x s;
수학식 2: 50 x s ≤ Tb ≤ 100 + 50 x s; 및
수학식 3: 50 x s ≤ Tc ≤ 50 + 50 x s,
상기 수학식 1 내지 3에 있어서, Ta, Tb 및 Tc는 각각 A, B 및 C 위치에서 가동되는 히터의 온도(℃)이고, s는 단계 a) 내지 c)에서의 라인 속도(m/min)이며, 0.5≤s≤4이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 B 및 C 위치의 IR 히터가 각각 필름의 상부, 하부 또는 상하부에 장착되어 가동되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 A 위치 내의 10 내지 20 mm의 길이 구간에 대해 80 내지 200 ℃의 온도의 IR 히터를 가동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 B 위치 내의 200 내지 1000 mm의 길이 구간에 대해 50 내지 150 ℃의 온도의 IR 히터를 가동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 C 위치 내의 200 내지 1500 mm의 길이 구간에 대해 50 내지 100 ℃의 온도의 IR 히터를 가동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐 알코올 원료용액은, 비누화도 99 몰% 이상 및 중합도 1700 이상의 폴리비닐알코올, 가소제, 박리제 및 용매로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 필름의 두께 편차((최대 두께 - 최소 두께) / 평균 두께 x 100)가 1 내지 11 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 필름이 0 내지 50의 면내 위상차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름. - 제 7 항의 폴리비닐알코올계 중합체 필름을 염색 및 연신한 다음 건조하여 얻어진 편광 필름.
