Abstract
Description
따라서, 청구항 3에 관한 발명인 진공 단열체에 의하면, 상부 외피재의 금속층과 하부 외피재의 금속층을 폴리 우레탄 접착제에 의하여 맞대어 접착시킴으로써, 기존의 열융착에 의해 외피재를 접착시키는 경우보다 외피재 접착부를 통한 공기 침투를 줄이고, 진공 유지 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 외피재가 금속층을 포함하고 있기 때문에, 외피재의 표면을 통한 외기 대기의 침입을 효과적으로 막을 수 있고, 우레탄 접착제에 의하여 접착이 용이해질 수 있다. 또한, 상부 외피재 및 하부 외피재의 테두리를 따라 일정 구간에서만 상부 외피재의 금속층과 하부 외피재의 금속층사이에 LDPE(Lowdensity polyethylene), LLDPE(Linear-Lowdensity polyethylene)가 적층된 필름이 끼워져 열융착함으로써, 진공 단열체 내부의 진공 상태의 유지 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 폴리머층이, 적어도 하나 이상의 폴리머 필름으로 형성됨으로써, 그 하부의 금속층이 파단되지 않도록 보호하고, 외피재 내로 공기가 침투하는 것을 효율적으로 막을 수 있다.
Claims (3)
- 소정의 내부 구조체와, 상기 내부 구조체의 빈 공간을 채우는 충진재와, 상기 내부 구조체를 감싸는 외피재로 구성된 진공 단열체이고,상기 외피재는,금속층과 상기 금속층 상에 형성된 폴리머층으로 각각 이루어지고, 상기 내부 구조체의 상면 및 하면을 감싸는 상부 외피재 및 하부 외피재를 포함하고,상기 상부 외피재 및 상기 하부 외피재의 테두리를 따라 일정 구간에서는 상기 상부 외피재의 금속층과 상기 하부 외피재의 금속층사이에 LDPE(Lowdensity polyethylene), LLDPE(Linear-Lowdensity polyethylene)가 적층된 필름이 끼워져 열융착되어 있고, 상기 일정 구간을 제외한 구간에서는 상기 상부 외피재의 금속층과 상기 하부 외피재의 금속층이 폴리 우레탄 접착제에 의하여 맞대어 접착되어 있고,상기 폴리머층은, 적어도 하나 이상의 폴리머 필름이 적층된,진공 단열체.
