Claims (5)
- 해수 중에 설치되며 해수의 흐름을 이용하여 전기를 생성하는 조류 발전기에 있어서,
하우징;
상기 하우징의 내부에 위치된 허브, 상기 허브의 외주면에 일단부측이 결합된 복수의 블레이드, 상기 블레이드의 타단부에 내주면이 결합되어 상기 블레이드를 지지하며 외주면측은 상기 하우징의 내주면측에 지지된 링형상의 영구자석을 가지면서 해수의 흐름에 의하여 회전하는 터빈부;
상기 영구자석과 대향하는 코어와 상기 코어에 권선된 코일을 가지면서 상기 하우징에 지지 설치되고, 상기 영구자석과 작용하여 전기를 발생하는 전기자를 포함하며,
상기 하우징의 중앙부측 내주면에는 복수의 지지블록의 일면이 결합되고,
상기 지지블록의 타면측에는 상기 영구자석의 테두리부측이 위치되며,
상기 지지블록과 상기 영구자석 사이에는 상기 지지블록 및 상기 영구자석과 각각 접촉하여 상기 영구자석의 회전을 지지하는 복수의 볼이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 발전기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 내주면 중앙부측에는 상기 영구자석의 테두리부측이 지지되고,
상기 하우징의 내주면 외측부위에는 상기 영구자석과 대향되게 실링된 공간이 형성되며,
상기 전기자는 상기 하우징의 실링된 공간에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 발전기. - 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 영구자석의 테두리부측은 외주면에서 상기 영구자석의 중심으로 갈수록 점점 두께가 두꺼워지는 형태로 경사진 경사부로 형성되고,
상기 지지블록의 타면에는 상기 경사부와 대응되게 경사진 경사홈이 형성되어 상기 경사부가 삽입되며,
상호 대향하는 상기 경사부의 일측면과 상기 경사홈의 일내면(一內面) 사이 및 상기 경사부의 타측면과 상기 경사홈의 타내면(他內面) 사이에 상기 볼이 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 발전기. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 경사홈의 일내면 및 타내면에는 상기 볼이 삽입 안치되는 안치홈이 각각 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 발전기.
