Claims (6)

경추에 플레이트를 밀착시키고 상기 플레이트에 형성된 스크류홀을 통하여 스크류를 경추에 삽입하되 상기 스크류의 헤드부가 스크류홀에 안착되는 경추 고정용 기구에 있어서,
상기 플레이트에는 잠금판이 결합되되, 상기 잠금판은 스크류홀을 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 차폐하는 잠금위치와 스크류홀을 개방시키는 열림위치로 회전가능하여 회전 위치에 따라 스크류의 이탈을 단속하고,
상기 플레이트에는 장착홀이 관통되며, 상기 잠금판의 바닥면에는 상기 장착홀에 삽입되는 돌기부가 형성되고,
상기 돌기부는 길이방향을 따라 외경의 차이에 의해 단차(段差)가 형성된 형상이되, 외경이 축소되도록 탄성변형하여 장착홀에 삽입된 후 탄성복원하여 장착홀에 결속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경추 고정용 기구.
