Claims (4)
- 폴리에스테르 미연신필라멘트를 제1고뎃롤러에 감으면서 통과시킨 후 핫플레이트를 통과시키고 제2고뎃롤러에 감으면서 통과시킨 후 인터레이스한 후 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초박형직물제조용 폴리에스테르 저수축필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 미연신필라멘트를 85~95℃의 제1고뎃롤러에 6~8회 감으면서 통과시킨 후 200~230℃의 핫플레이트를 통과시키고 상온의 제2고뎃롤러에 6~8회 감으면서 오버피드율 0.95~0.99로 통과시킨 후 1.25~1.75㎏/㎠의 공기압력으로 인터레이스한 후 사속 550~650m/분으로 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초박형직물제조용 폴리에스테르 저수축필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 미연신필라멘트는 강도 2.9~3.2 g/d, 신도 10~14% 및 단사섬도 2.5~3.0d인 것을 특징으로 하는 초박형직물제조용 폴리에스테르 저수축필라멘트사의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저수축필라멘트사는 강도 4.81~4.96 g/d, 신도 23.3~26.0%, 수축율 2.8~3.6%, 최대열응력 0.8~0.9g/d 및 단사섬도 1.5~2.0d인 것을 특징으로 하는 초박형직물제조용 폴리에스테르 저수축필라멘트사의 제조방법.
