도 2는 발명의 실시예에 따른 컨버터의 변압기를 나타낸 회로도이다.
도 3은 발명의 실시예에 따른 변압기의 구성요소를 나타낸 분해 사시도이다.
도 4는 발명의 실시예에 따른 변압기의 제조방법을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
Claims (12)
- 상부코어 및 하부코어를 포함하며, 상기 상부코어는 센터부 및 상기 센터부의 양측에 형성되는 사이드부를 포함하여 'E' 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 하부코어는 사이드부를 포함하는 'I' 형상으로 형성되는 코어; 상기 코어의 내부에 제공된 절연시트; 상기 절연시트의 일측에 제공되고, 상기 사이드부에 권선되는 1차 권선부; 및, 상기 절연시트의 타측에 제공되고, 상기 사이드부에 권선되는 2차 권선부;를 포함하는 제1 변압기; 및,
상기 제1 변압기와 동일한 구성으로 형성되는 제2 변압기;를 포함하는 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 1차 및 2차 권선부는 코어의 외부로 일부가 노출되고, 상기 코어의 외부로 노출된 상기 1차 권선부와 상기 코어의 외부로 노출된 상기 2차 권선부는 서로 다른 방향인 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 1차 및 2차 권선부는 인덕턴스 성분을 갖는 코일로 권선되는 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상부코어 및 하부코어 중 적어도 하나는 I 형상으로 형성되는 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어의 외부로 노출된 상기 1차 권선부와 전기적으로 연결되어 전원 신호를 공급하는 전원 신호 공급부; 및
상기 코어의 외부로 노출된 상기 2차 권선부와 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 2차 권선부에 의해 변압된 전원 신호를 출력하는 전원 신호 출력부;를 포함하는 컨버터.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 전원 신호 공급부는 상기 코어의 외부로 노출된 상기 1차 권선부의 끝단과 전기적으로 연결된 컨버터.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 전원 신호 출력부는 상기 코어의 외부로 노출된 상기 2차 권선부의 끝단과 전기적으로 연결된 컨버터.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 전원 신호 공급부와 상기 전원 신호 출력부 중 적어도 하나는 도전율이 높은 금속 재질을 포함하는 컨버터.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 변압기 및 제2 변압기의 2차측에 연결되는 다이오드;를 포함하는 컨버터. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 다이오드는 캐소드가 상기 제1 변압기 및 제2 변압기의 2차측에 연결되는 컨버터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 변압기 및 제2 변압기와 병렬로 연결되는 출력평활 카패시터;를 포함하는 컨버터.
