도 2는, 본 발명의 와전류식 감속 장치에 적절한 전동식 직동 액츄에이터의 구성예를 나타내는 도면이며, 도 2(a)는 종단면도를, 도 2(b)는 도 2(a)의 A-A 단면도를 각각 나타낸다.
도 3은, 스위치 브레이크에 의한 충격에 대한 구조상의 완화책의 일례를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 4는, 스위치 브레이크에 의한 충격에 대한 구조상의 완화책의 별례를 나타내는 모식도이다.

Claims (3)
- 차량의 회전축에 고정되는 제동 디스크와,
상기 제동 디스크의 주면에 대향해 원주 방향에 걸쳐 자극(磁極)이 번갈아 다르게 배치되는 평면 형상의 영구자석과,
상기 영구자석을 유지함과 더불어 스위치 브레이크 디스크를 갖고, 상기 회전축에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 회전 부재와,
상기 스위치 브레이크 디스크를 사이에 끼우는 브레이크 패드를 갖고, 차량의 비회전부에 고정되는 스위치 브레이크 캘리퍼와,
전동 모터의 회전운동을 직선 운동으로 변환해 상기 브레이크 패드를 직선 구동시키는 전동식 직동 액츄에이터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류식 감속 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전동식 직동 액츄에이터는, 상기 전동 모터의 주축과 일체로 회전하는 로터축의 외주면과, 상기 로터축을 동심 형상으로 포위하는 외륜 부재의 내주면의 사이에 복수의 유성(遊星) 롤러를 개재시키고, 상기 로터축의 회전에 수반해 상기 각 유성 롤러가 상기 로터축의 둘레를 자전하면서 공전하는 구성이며, 상기 로터축의 외주면 또는 상기 외륜 부재의 내주면에 나선 볼록부를 설치함과 더불어, 상기 각 유성 롤러의 외주면에, 상기 나선 볼록부와 동일한 피치로 상기 나선 볼록부가 맞물리는 원주홈, 또는 상기 나선 볼록부와 동일한 피치로 리드각이 상이하며 상기 나선 볼록부가 맞물리는 나선홈을 형성하여 이루어지고,
상기 각 유성 롤러가 상기 로터축의 회전에 수반해 상기 로터축의 둘레를 자전하면서 공전하며 축방향으로 이동하고, 상기 각 유성 롤러의 축방향 이동에 수반해 상기 브레이크 패드를 직선 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류식 감속 장치. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 스위치 브레이크 캘리퍼가 차량의 비회전부에 대해 완충재를 통해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류식 감속 장치.
