Abstract
전술한 바와 같은 구성의 본 발명의 후륜서스펜션은 차량의 선회 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 삼륜차량의 후륜서스펜션를 단순화하여 도시한 사시도,
도 3 은 도 2 의 분해 사시도,
도 4 는 본 발명에 따른 후륜서스펜션이 적용된 삼륜차량의 직진 주행시 동작 모습을 도시한 사시도,
도 5 는 본 발명에 따른 후륜서스펜션이 적용된 삼륜차량의 좌회전 시 동작 모습을 도시한 사시도.

Claims (5)
- 차체프레임에 두 개의 전륜과 한 개의 후륜이 장착되는 삼륜차량의 후륜서스펜션에 있어서,
상기 전륜과 연결되어 차량의 선회에 따라 비틀림이 발생하는 롤링크;와
상기 롤링크의 비틀림에 의해 축 회전하는 롤커넥터; 및
후륜과 결합되어 차체프레임의 후방 끝단에 장착되되, 롤커넥터의 회전에 따라 좌우방향으로 선회하도록 상기 롤커넥터와 연결되는 너클조립체;를 포함하고,
상기 너클조립체는 전륜의 선회 방향과 동일한 방향으로 선회하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼륜차량의 후륜서스펜션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 롤커넥터는 끝단에 제1베벨기어가 형성된 롤샤프트와 결합되고, 상기 너클조립체의 상단에는 제1베벨기어와 치합하는 제2베벨기어 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 삼륜차량의 후륜서스펜션.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 너클조립체는, 일측 끝단에는 후륜의 회전축이 결합되는 포크암; 및 상기 차체프레임의 후방 끝단에서 좌우방향으로 회전가능하게 장착되되, 포크암의 타측 끝단이 힌지샤프트를 통해 상하방향으로 회동가능하게 결합되고 상단에 제2베벨기어가 장착된 회동지지부;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼륜차량의 후륜서스펜션.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 차체프레임의 후방 끝단은 상측으로 돌출되도록 절곡된 만곡부가 형성되고, 상기 회동지지부는 만곡부에서 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼륜차량의 후륜서스펜션.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 롤링크는 두 개가 양측으로 대향하여 배치되되, 일측 끝단이 전륜의 선회에 따라 상승 또는 하강하는 드랍링크와 볼조인트결합을 통해 연결되며, 타측 끝단은 중앙에 배치된 롤커넥터로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼륜차량의 후륜서스펜션.
