도 2는 본 발명에 따른 지혈 밸브장치에서 제1실링부재와 제2실링부재의 개폐구조를 나타내는 단면도이다.

도 4는 본 발명에서 제1실링부재와 제2실링부재의 개폐동작을 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (3)
- 길이방향 중심선을 따라 도관이나 안내 와이어 또는 카테터의 카테터류(12)가 끼워지는 안내공(14)이 관통·형성되고, 하단부에는 니들(Needle)이나 카테터류가 끼워진 호스와 연결되는 호스연결부(16)가 결합되며, 상단부의 외주면에는 나사부(18)가 형성된 삽입관(20)과;
상기 삽입관(20)의 상단부 내측에 끼워져 안착되며, 길이방향 중심선을 따라 관통공(22)이 형성된 자체 탄성을 갖는 제1실링부재(24)와;
길이방향 중심선을 따라 삽입관(20)의 상부 내측으로 끼워지는 도입공(28)이 형성되고, 상기 도입공(28)의 상부에 확장된 직경을 갖는 걸림턱(30)이 형성되며, 상기 도입공(28)의 외측 둘레면상에는 스프링받이부(32)가 형성되는 한편, 상기 스프링받이부(32)의 내주면에는 삽입관(20)의 상단부 외주면에 형성된 나사부(18)와 결합되는 또 다른 나사부(34)가 형성된 체결관(26)과;
상기 체결관(26)의 상부 내측에 형성된 걸림턱(30)에 끼워져 안착되며, 상부면상에 원형 또는 "+"형의 절개공(36)이 형성된 자체 탄성을 갖는 실리콘재의 제2실링부재(38)와;
상기 체결관(26)의 외측 둘레면에 형성된 스프링받이부(32)에 끼워져 결합되어 외력의 인가여부에 따라 탄성작용하는 스프링(40)과;
상부면의 중심부에 상기 제2실링부재(38)상의 원형 또는 "+"형 절개공(36)의 둘레면과 밀착된 상태를 유지하는 가압공(44)이 돌출·형성되고, 상단부의 가장자리면에 바깥쪽으로 벌어진 형태의 경사면(46)이 형성되는 한편, 하단부의 가장자리는 상기 스프링(40)의 상부와 항상 밀착된 상태로 설치되는 가압편(42)과;
상기 가압편(42)의 마주하는 양쪽에 설치되고, 상단부 내주면에는 상기 가압편(42)상의 경사면(46)과 동일한 기울기를 갖는 테이퍼면(50)이 형성된 상태에서 사용자의 누름 동작에 따라 가압편(42)상의 경사면(46)을 따라 윗쪽으로 미끄럼 이동되면서 가압편(42)을 아랫쪽으로 눌러주는 누름버튼(48)과;
상기 누름버튼(48)가 끼워져 결합되며, 중심부에는 가압편(42)상의 가압공(44)과 연통되는 또 다른 관통공(52)이 형성된 몸체(54)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지혈 밸브장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 삽입관(20)의 중간부분에서 외측으로 원판형태로 돌출되게 형성되며, 외주면상에는 일정 각도 범위에 걸쳐 기어부(58)가 형성되는 한편, 내부 일측에는 상기 삽입관(20) 내부의 안내공(14)과 연통되는 약제가이드공(60)이 형성된 회동안내편(56)과;
상기 회동안내편(56)의 외측에 감싸여지게 결합되며, 상기 회동안내편(56)상의 기어부(58)와 대응되는 내주면에는 서로 맞물려 회동되는 또 다른 기어부(64)가 형성되고, 상기 회동안내편(56)상의 약제가이드공(60)과 대응되는 위치에는 약제유입관(66)이 형성된 회동조절편(62)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지혈 밸브장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 회동안내편(56)상의 약제가이드공(60)은 회동조절편(62)상의 약제유입관(66)의 회동범위에 대응하여 바깥쪽이 넓고, 삽입관쪽으로 갈 수록 점점 좁아지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 지혈 밸브장치.
