- a) 세라믹 분말을 주재로 하는 제1슬러리를 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 a)단계에서 제조한 슬러리를 담지체에 담지시키는 단계;c) 상기 b)단계의 담지시킨 담지체 또는 상기 담지체의 성형물의 외벽 또는 내벽에 지지체를 포함시키거나, 상기 담지체를 일정형태로 성형하여 담지체의 내부에 지지체를 포함시키는 단계;d) 상기 c)단계의 담지체를 건조하는 단계;e) 상기 d)단계에서 건조된 담지체를 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- a) 세라믹 분말을 주재로 하는 제1슬러리를 제조하는 단계;b) 담지체 또는 상기 담지체의 성형물의 외벽 또는 내벽에 지지체를 포함시키거나, 상기 담지체를 일정형태로 성형하여 담지체의 내부에 지지체를 포함시키는 단계;c) 상기 a)단계에서 제조한 슬러리를 상기 b)단계의 담지체에 담지시키는 단계;d) 상기 c)단계의 담지체를 건조하는 단계;e) 상기 d)단계에서 건조된 담지체를 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 d)단계이후에d-1) 상기 d)단계에서 건조된 성형물의 내부 또는 외부에 제2슬러리를 추가도포하는 단계; 및,d-2) 상기 d-1)단계에서 추가 도포된 성형물을 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 e)단계이후에f) 상기 e)단계에서 소결된 성형물의 내부 또는 외부에 제2슬러리를 추가도포하는 단계;g) 상기 f)단계에서 추가 도포된 성형물을 건조하는 단계; 및,h) 상기 g)단계에서 건조된 성형물을 2차 소결하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 a)단계의 제1슬러리는ⅰ) 탄화규소, 알루미나, 실리마나이트, 카올린, 실리카, 티타니아, 규조토, 고로슬래그, 폐주물사 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 세라믹 분말 25 내지 60 중량부;ⅱ) 점토 10 내지 40 중량부;ⅲ) 조공제 5 내지 40 중량부;ⅳ) 바인더 1 내지 20 중량부; 및,ⅴ) 분산액 20 내지 60 중량부를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제2슬러리는ⅰ) 탄화규소, 알루미나, 실리마나이트, 카올린, 실리카, 티타니아, 규조토, 고로슬래그, 폐주물사 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 세라믹 분말 40 내지 80 중량부;ⅱ) 조공제 10 내지 40 중량부;ⅲ) 바인더 7 내지 30 중량부; 및,ⅳ) 분산액 10 내지 50 중량부를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제2슬러리는ⅰ) 탄화규소, 알루미나, 실리마나이트, 카올린, 실리카, 티타니아, 규조토, 고로슬래그, 폐주물사 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 세라믹 분말 40 내지 80 중량부;ⅱ) 조공제 10 내지 40 중량부;ⅲ) 바인더 7 내지 30 중량부; 및,ⅳ) 분산액 10 내지 50 중량부를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 담지체가 상기 a)단계의 슬러리를 담지하는 기공을 가지는 부직포, 직포, 또는 스폰지인 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 담지체의 두께가 2 내지 3 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 c)단계의 성형물이 성형틀에 탈형필름을 결합한 후 상기 b)단계의 담지체를 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제2슬러리가 ⅴ) 점토 10 내지 40 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 소결이 150∼450 ℃의 온도에서는 0.5 내지 1 ℃/min의 속도로 승온시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 2차 소결이 150∼450 ℃의 온도에서는 0.5 내지 1 ℃/min의 속도로 승온시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체를 갖는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
