Abstract
상기 제조방법을 통하여 제조된 겔은 상처치료용으로 사용하기 위한 기본 특성, 수분 증발량 감소, 체액 흡수 박테리아로부터의 감영 예방, 상처나 피부에 부착성, 투명성, 취급 용이성, 저장성 및 멸균이 가능한 특성을 가지며, 항생제로서 적용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 3 및 비교예 1에 의해 제조된 겔의 수분증발 정도를 나타낸 그래프이고;
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 3 및 비교예 1에 의해 제조된 겔의 압축강도를 나타낸 그래프이고;
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 및 비교예들에 의해 제조된 겔의 궤양 치료 효과에 관한 동물실험 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (9)
- 생체적합성 고분자, 꿀 및 방부제를 정제수에 용해시켜 수용액을 제조하는 단계(단계 1);
상기 단계 1의 수용액을 트레이에 부어 겔 상태 시트 형태로 성형하는 단계(단계 2); 및
상기 단계 2의 겔 상태 시트에 방사선을 조사하는 단계(단계 3)를 포함하고, 상기 생체적합성 고분자는 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리아크릴산 및 폴리에틸렌옥사이드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 합성 고분자 또는 카라기난, 소듐카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 젤라틴, 아가, 알긴산염 및 키토산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 천연 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 궤양 치료용 겔의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1에서 생체적합성 고분자가 혼합되는 중량비는 전체 수용액에 대하여 1 내지 50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 궤양 치료용 겔의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1에서 꿀이 혼합되는 중량비는 전체 수용액에 대하여 1 내지 30 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 궤양 치료용 겔의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 방부제는 메틸 파라벤, 에틸 파라벤, 프로필 파라벤, 부틸 파라벤, 이소부틸 파라벤 및 페녹시 에탄올을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤양 치료용 겔의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 방부제가 혼합되는 중량비는 전체 수용액에 대하여 0.01 내지 0.1 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 궤양 치료용겔의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 3의 방사선은 감마선, 자외선 및 전자선을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 궤양 치료용 겔의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 3의 방사선의 조사량은 2 내지 200 kGy 인 것을 특징으로 하는 궤양 치료용 겔의 제조방법.
