Description
Claims (10)
- 기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법으로서,상기 기지국으로부터 상기 이동국으로 실시간 패킷 프레임을 전송하기 위해 상기 기지국에 의해 상기 실시간 패킷 프레임의 집합체(aggregation)를 선택적으로 변경하는 단계; 및상기 실시간 패킷 프레임을 복수의 집합된 패킷으로 집합하고 상기 집합된 패킷의 지속기간의 비-정수배(non-integer multiples)에서 상기 집합된 패킷의 전송을 시작하여 상기 집합된 패킷의 적어도 일부분의 전송 타이밍에 대해 시차를 발생시키는(staggering) 단계를 포함하되,상기 집합된 패킷의 적어도 하나는 인접하는 집합된 패킷과 부분적으로 중첩하는기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,현재의 셀 부하 상태에 응답하여 상기 집합체를 변경하는 단계를 포함하는기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,전송 수를 줄이는 집합체의 레벨을 선택하는 단계를 포함하는기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 현재의 셀 부하 상태에 의해 표시되는 셀 부하가 증가함에 따라 상기 집합체의 레벨과 상기 이동국의 수를 증가시키는 단계를 더 포함하는기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 패킷의 지속기간이 상기 제 1 패킷의 전송 시간 및 후속하는 패킷의 전송 시간 간의 시간차보다 작도록, 상기 실시간 패킷 프레임을 복수의 집합된 패킷으로 집합하고 상기 집합된 패킷의 적어도 일부분의 전송 타이밍에 대해 시차를 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,순방향 링크 전송의 수를 줄이기 위한 집합체의 레벨을 선택하는 단계; 또는제 1 이동국에 대한 집합체의 제 1 레벨을 선택하고 제 2 이동국에 대한 집합체의 제 2의 상이한 레벨을 선택하는 단계중에서 적어도 하나를 수행함으로써 상기 집합체를 변경하는 단계를 포함하는기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실시간 패킷 프레임은 음성 통신을 포함하는기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 이동국에 대한 집합체의 제 1 레벨을 선택하는 단계와 제 2 이동국에 대한 집합체의 제 2의 상이한 레벨을 선택하는 단계를 포함하는기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실시간 패킷 프레임은 VoIP 통신을 포함하는기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,제 1 패킷의 지속기간이 상기 제 1 패킷의 전송 시간 및 후속하는 패킷의 전송 시간 간의 시간차보다 작도록 상기 집합 패킷의 적어도 일부분의 전송 타이밍에 대해 시차를 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는기지국과 이동국 사이의 통신 방법.
