- 레일을 따라 직선 주행하는 주행바디와, 상기 주행바디 상부에 설치되는 메인지지부와, 상기 메인지지부의 일측에 설치되는 와이어송급부, 및 상기 메인지지부에 연결되어 판계를 용접하는 용접부로 구성된 판계 자동 용접장치에 있어서,
상기 주행바디 상부에는,
상기 판계의 라운드형 용접부를 용접할 수 있게 상기 메인지지부의 하부를 지지함과 동시에 회전 구동시킬 수 있는 회전구동부가 더 구비하되,
상기 회전구동부는,
상기 메인지지부 하단부에 외삽되어 결합되는 종동기어부와 상기 종동기어부와 기어 결합되어 상기 메인지지부를 상기 주행바디 상에서 회동시키는 구동원으로 구성되고,
상기 종동기어부는,
상기 주행바디 상부면에 설치하되 상기 메인지지부 하단에 외삽되어 결합되는 지지플레이트와 상기 지지플레이트 상부면에 설치되는 베어링 및 상기 베어링 상부에 설치되어 상기 메인지지부와 함께 회전되는 종동기어로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 판계 자동 용접장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 종동기어 상부면에는 상기 메인지지부 하단이 삽입될 수 있는 보강재가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판계 자동 용접장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 구동원은 상기 주행바디 내부에 설치되는 주행모터를 이용하여 상기 종동기어부에 구동력을 전달할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 판계 자동 용접 장치. - 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 메인지지부에는 수평 이동 가능한 일정 길이의 가이드바를 설치하고, 상기 용접부는 상기 가이드바에 결합되어 이동 가능하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판계 자동 용접 장치.
