Claims (6)
- 중앙에는 흡입구가 형성되도록 관통되고 상단은 토출구가 형성되도록 토출단이 돌출형성되는 전방케이싱과;
상기 전방케이싱과 결합되는 후방케이싱과;
상기 전방케이싱과 후방케이싱이 결합된 내부공간에 설치되되, 회전하면 전방케이싱 흡입구에서 후방케이싱 내부로 공기를 흡입하는 내부블레이드와, 상기 내부블레이드의 외측에 내부블레이드와 일체로 형성되어 회전하면 후방케이스의 내부공기를 전방케이싱 토출구로 토출시키는 외부블레이드를 구비하는 임펠러와;
상기 임펠러와 결합되는 회전축을 구비하는 상기 임펠라를 회전시키는 구동모터를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 블로어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전방케이싱은
흡입구가 형성되도록 중앙이 관통된 내부벽체와, 상단이 개구된 외부벽체와, 상기 내부벽체와 외부벽체를 전방에서 연결하는 전방벽체 및 토출구를 형성하기 위해 상기 외부벽체의 개구된 상단에 일체형성되는 토출단을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 블로어.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 임펠러는 내부보스, 외부보스 및 상기 내부보스와 외부보스 사이에 방사형으로 일정간격 연결된 내부블레이드와 외부보스의 외면에 방사형으로 일정간격 연결된 외부블레이드를 포함하되, 상기 내부보스는 후방케이싱 설치공간의 중앙에 배치되고, 상기 외부보스는 후방케이싱 설치공간에 내부벽체와 일렬 형성되도록 이격되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 블로어.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 터보 블로어는 지지부재를 더 포함하되, 상기 지지부재는 일정간격 이격되어 구동모터가 삽입되어 고정되는 한쌍의 지지링과 상기 지지링을 연결하며 상기 전방케이싱의 연결벽체에 고정되는 다수개의 지지대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 블로어.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 후방케이싱의 내면에는 내부블레이드에 의해 흡입되는 공기가 후방케이싱의 외측공간으로 유도되어 외부블레이드에 의한 토출이 용이하도록 원추형상으로 형성되되 가장자리는 전방으로 라운드지게 형성된 가이드판이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 블로어.
- 제5항에 있어서,
원통형상의 흡입용 유동안내부재를 더 포함하되, 상기 흡입용 유동가이드부재는 후방은 슬릿이 형성되어 상기 가이드판에 고정되고 전방에는 방사형상의 안내간살이 형성되어, 내부블레이드에 의해 흡입되어 회전하는 공기가 상기 안내간살에 의해 와류되지 않고 분배되고 직진성을 갖어 상기 슬릿 사이로 공간으로 유도되고,
토출용 유동안내부재를 더 포함하되, 상기 토출용 유동안내부재는 내부링과외부링 및 상기 내부링과 외부링을 방사상으로 연결하는 연결간살로 구성되어, 전방케이싱의 개구된 후방에 설치되며 외부블레이드에 의해 토출되는 공기가 상기 연결간살을 통과하면서 분배되고 직진성을 갖어 상기 토출구로 토출되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 블로어.
