Claims (7)
- 결착 수지, 착색제, 및 이형제를 포함하는 전자사진용 토너로서,120℃ 내지 160℃의 온도 범위 및 1.6 내지 10 rad/s의 각속도 범위에서, 복소 점도(η)가 4×102 Pa·s 내지 8×103 Pa·s이고,상기 온도 범위에서의 복소 점도의 변화율(Δη*/ΔT)이 1.6rad/s에서 165 내지 185 Pa·s/℃ 이고, 10rad/s 에서 70 내지 80 Pa·s/℃ 이고,120℃ 내지 160℃의 온도 범위 및 완화 시간 0.05초 내지 0.3초에서, 응력 완화가 1.0 ×103 내지 4.5 ×104 Pa이고,상기 온도 범위에서의 응력 완화의 변화율(ΔG/ΔT)이 0.05초에서 785 내지 1000 Pa/℃ 이고 0.3초에서 190 내지 215 Pa/℃ 인 전자사진용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결착 수지가 3,000 내지 200,000의 중량 평균 분자량 및 1 내지 10%의 겔 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결착 수지가 90,000 내지 150,000의 중량 평균 분자량 및 5 내지 10%의 겔 함량을 갖는 제1 결착 수지 및 5,000 내지 60,000의 중량 평균 분자량 및 1 내 지 3%의 겔 함량을 갖는 제2 결착 수지를 포함하고,상기 제1 결착 수지 대 제2 결착 수지의 중량비가 8:2 내지 5:5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이형제의 함량이 결착 수지 100 중량부 기준으로 1 내지 4 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 토너가 다중 압력 구조를 갖는 정착 시스템에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진용 토너.
- 정전잠상이 형성된 감광체 표면에 토너를 부착시켜 가시상을 형성하고 상기 가시상을 전사재에 전사하는 공정을 포함하는 화상 형성 방법으로서, 상기 토너가 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전자사진용 토너인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 유기감광체; 상기 유기감광체의 표면에 정전 잠상을 형성하는 화상형성 수단; 토너를 수용하는 수단; 상기 유기감광체의 표면에서 정전 잠상을 토너상으로 현상하기 위해 상기 토너를 유기감광체의 표면에 공급하는 토너 공급 수단; 및 상 기 토너상을 유기감광체 표면에서 전사재에 전사하는 토너 전사 수단;을 포함하는 화상 형성 장치로서, 상기 토너가 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 토너인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
