도 2는 본 발명 건축물의 실내 인테리어 마감재 제조방법에서 금형 몰드를 도시해 보인 단면도.

Claims (3)
- 삭제
- ALC(autoclaved lightweight concrete) 100중량부에 석고 80중량부, 백색시멘트 20중량부, 물 100중량부를 반죽기에 투입하여 걸쭉한 반죽상태로 하는 믹싱 단계(1)와;
상기 믹싱단계를 거친 반죽을 금형 몰드에 투입하는 단계(2)와;
상기 금형 몰드에 투입된 반죽에 일정한 간격으로 통나무를 삽입하는 단계(3)와;
상기 통나무가 삽입된 반죽을 1시간 30분에서 2시간 응고시키는 단계(4)와;
상기 응고되어 성형된 마감재를 금형 몰드에서 분리하는 단계(5)와;
상기 금형 몰드에서 분리된 마감재를 자연건조실에서 20 ∼ 25℃ 온도를 유지한 채 7일 ∼ 10일 정도 자연건조시키는 단계(6)와;
상기 자연건조된 마감재를 40℃ 온도에서 24시간 양생하는 단계(7)와;
상기 양생된 마감재를 횡 방향으로 절단하여 통나무의 단면이 표면에 노출되도록 절단하는 단계(8)와;
상기 절단된 마감재를 포장하는 단계로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 실내 인테리어 마감재 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 통나무(10)는 향나무 또는 편백나무를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 실내 인테리어 마감재 제조방법.
