Claims (15)
- V자 폐쇄도형의 형태를 갖는 단위셀로서, 상기 단위셀의 내측으로 꺾인 제1 힌지부와 상기 제1 힌지부와 대향하며 상기 단위셀의 외측으로 꺾인 제2 힌지부가 구비되는 단위셀; 및 상기 제2 힌지부의 꺾임부로부터 외측으로 연장된 링커부를 포함하는 반복단위를 포함하고;
상기 반복단위들은 어느 하나의 반복단위의 링커부의 단부가 인접하는 다른 하나의 반복단위의 제1 힌지부의 꺾임부와 연결되도록 배치되거나,
어느 하나의 반복단위의 제1 힌지부의 단부 및 제2 힌지부의 단부가 인접하는 다른 하나의 반복단위의 제1 힌지부의 단부 및 제2 힌지부의 단부와 각각 연결되도록 배치되는 것인 고분자 스텐트. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 고분자 스텐트는 3개 이상의 반복단위를 포함하고,
상기 반복단위들은 어느 하나의 반복단위의 링커부의 단부가 인접하는 다른 하나의 반복단위의 제1 힌지부의 꺾임부와 연결되도록 배치되며,
어느 하나의 반복단위의 제1 힌지부의 단부 및 제2 힌지부의 단부가 인접하는 또 다른 하나의 반복단위의 제1 힌지부의 단부 및 제2 힌지부의 단부와 각각 연결되도록 배치되는 것인 고분자 스텐트. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 고분자 스텐트에서 어느 하나의 반복단위의 모든 모서리 및 단부는 인접하는 다른 반복단위의 모서리 및 단부에 연결되는 것인 고분자 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 고분자 스텐트가 튜브형일 때, 상기 고분자 스텐트의 원주방향으로 4 ~ 15개의 반복단위가 배치되는 것인 고분자 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제2 힌지부의 내각은 100 °이상인 고분자 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 반복단위에서, 제1 힌지부의 양 단부, 제2 힌지부의 양 단부 및 링커부의 단부를 지나는 직사각형의 면적은 0.1 ~ 45 mm2인 고분자 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 반복단위는 상기 단위셀의 V자 폐쇄도형을 이루는 선인 단위셀의 스트러트와 상기 링커부를 이루는 선인 링커부의 스트러트를 포함하는 고분자 스텐트.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 제1 힌지부의 양 단부, 상기 제2 힌지부의 양 단부 및 상기 링커부의 단부를 지나는 직사각형의 면적을 기준으로 상기 단위셀의 스트러트와 상기 링커부의 스트러트의 면적은 5 ~ 46 %인 고분자 스텐트.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 단위셀의 스트러트와 상기 링커부의 스트러트의 두께는 80 ~ 160 μm인 고분자 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 고분자 스텐트가 튜브형일 때, 상기 고분자 스텐트의 직경은 2 ~ 8 mm인 고분자 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 고분자 스텐트는 생분해성 고분자를 포함하는 것인 고분자 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 반복단위는 레이저를 이용하여 고분자 튜브를 가공해서 형성되는 것인 고분자 스텐트.
- V자 폐쇄도형의 형태를 갖는 단위셀로서, 상기 단위셀의 내측으로 꺾인 제1 힌지부와 상기 제1 힌지부와 대향하며 상기 단위셀의 외측으로 꺾인 제2 힌지부가 구비되는 단위셀; 및 상기 제2 힌지부의 꺾임부로부터 외측으로 연장된 링커부를 포함하는 반복단위를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 반복단위들이 어느 하나의 반복단위의 링커부의 단부가 인접하는 다른 하나의 반복단위의 제1 힌지부의 꺾임부와 연결되도록 배치되거나,
어느 하나의 반복단위의 제1 힌지부의 단부 및 제2 힌지부의 단부가 인접하는 다른 하나의 반복단위의 제1 힌지부의 단부 및 제2 힌지부의 단부와 각각 연결되도록, 상기 반복단위들을 연속하여 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 고분자 스텐트의 제조방법. - 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 반복단위는 레이저를 이용하여 형성되는 것인 고분자 스텐트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 13 또는 14에 있어서, 상기 반복단위는 고분자 튜브의 옆면에 형성되는 것인 고분자 스텐트의 제조방법.
