Abstract
본 발명의 폴리아미드 역삼투막은 미다공성 지지층 상에 형성된 폴리아미드층 표면에, 폴리아미드층 형성시 반응잔여 산염화물과 소수성의 플루오르가 치환된 알콕시 그룹을 포함하고 1차 또는 2차 아민 그룹을 포함하는 지방족 알콜 화합물간의 공유결합에 의해, 소수성 코팅층이 형성됨으로써, 염수뿐만 아니라 해수와 같이 고농도 원수조건에서 발생하는 막오염 현상을 근원적으로 방지할 수 있다. 특히, pH 8.0의 조건과 해수와 같은 고농도의 원수조건에서 소수성 및/또는 친수성의 유기물에 의한 오염물질에 대하여, 내오염성이 개선되므로 해수담수용도로 적합하다.

Claims (10)
- 미다공성 지지층;
상기 미다공성 지지체 상에 형성되는 폴리아미드층; 및
상기 폴리아미드층 표면에,
(i) 적어도 하나의 1차 아민 또는 2차 아민을 가지고,
(ii) 적어도 3개 이상의 플루오르가 치환된 알콕시 그룹을 포함하는 비말단 하이드록시기를 가지는 지방족 알콜 화합물로 형성된 코팅층;으로 이루어진 내오염성능이 개선된 폴리아미드 역삼투막. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층이 1-아미노-3-(2,2,3,3-테트라플루오르프로폭시)-2-프로판올, 1-아미노-3-(2,2,3,3,4,4-헥사플루오르부톡시)-2-프로판올, 1-아미노-3-(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-옥타플루오르펜톡시)-2-프로판올, 1-아미노-3-(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-데카플루오르헥실록시)-2-프로판올, 1-아미노-3-(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-도데카플루오르헵톡시)-2-프로판올, 1-아미노-3-(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8-테트라데카플루오르옥틸록시)-2-프로판올, 1-아미노-3-(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9-헥사테가플루오르노닐록시)-2-프로판올 및 1-아미노-3-(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10-옥타데카플루오르데실록시)-2-프로판올로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리아미드 역삼투막.
- 부직포 상에 폴리술폰 함유용액을 캐스팅하여 부직포 보강 미세다공성 지지층을 준비하고,
상기 지지층 상에 계면중합에 의해 폴리아미드층을 형성하고,
상기 폴리아미드층 표면에,
(i) 적어도 하나의 1차 아민 또는 2차 아민과
(ii) 적어도 3개 이상의 플루오르가 치환된 알콕시 그룹을 포함하는 비말단 하이드록시기를 가지는 지방족 알콜 화합물 함유용액을 코팅하여 공유결합시켜 코팅층을 형성하는 제1항의 폴리아미드 역삼투막의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 함유용액이 0.0001 내지 2중량%로 함유된 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리아미드 역삼투막의 제조방법.
