Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 열가소성 연속 섬유 및 융합 결합의 패턴으로 형성되며,(i) 10% 미만의 양(positive)의 값인 융합 결합 영역 비율, 및(ii) 융합 결합의 결합 패턴이 비등방성인 10% 이상의 융합 결합 영역 비율 중 하나를 갖는 하이드로엔고지먼트된 스펀멜트 부직물.
- 열가소성 연속 섬유 및 융합 결합의 패턴으로 형성되며,융합 결합의 결합 패턴이 비등방성인 10% 이상의 융합 결합 영역 비율을 갖는 하이드로엔고지먼트된 스펀멜트 부직물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 융합 결합들이 직교하며 차등적으로 결합된 스펀멜트 부직물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하이드로엔고지먼트 후의 부직물이, 하이드로엔고지먼트 전의 부직물에 비해 증가된 캘리퍼스 및 증가된 부드러움 모두를 나타내는 것인 스펀멜트 부직물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하이드로엔고지먼트 후의 부직물이, 하이드로엔고지먼트 전의 부직물에 비해 50% 이상의 캘리퍼스 증가를 나타내는 것인 스펀멜트 부직물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합이 최대 치수 d, 및 4d 이상의 최대 결합 이격 치수를 갖는 것인 스펀멜트 부직물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 부직물의 표면 에너지를 개질시키는 마무리처리(finish)를 포함하는 스펀멜트 부직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직물의 콘드레이프 성질을 증가시키는 마무리처리를 포함하는 스펀멜트 부직물.
- (i) 10% 미만의 양의 값인 융합 결합 영역 비율, 및(ii) 융합 결합의 결합 패턴이 비등방성인 10% 이상의 융합 결합 영역 비율 중 하나를 갖는, 융합 결합의 패턴을 갖는 하이드로엔고지먼트된 합성 섬유 구조체.
- 제15항에 있어서, 열가소성 연속 섬유를 갖는 스펀멜트 부직물로 형성된 하이드로엔고지먼트된 합성 섬유 구조체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 스크림을 추가로 포함하는 라미네이트 또는 블렌드.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트가 상기 부직물의 층에 인접하거나 또는 그로부터 간격을 둔 상기 스크림의 층을 갖는 것인 라미네이트 또는 블렌드.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트가 상기 스크림의 층의 양 측면 상에 상기 부직물의 층을 갖는 것인 라미네이트 또는 블렌드.
- 제12항에 있어서, 펄프를 추가로 포함하는 라미네이트 또는 블렌드.
