- 중공형 축 상에 구형부를 형성하는 볼 스터드;상기 볼 스터드의 구형부와 구름 접촉하는 한 쌍의 베어링부재들;상기 베어링부재들의 외주면을 지지하는 시트부재; 및상기 시트부재를 감싸는 아웃터 케이스를 포함하며,상기 아웃터 케이스와 상기 베어링부재들이 각각 별개로 구비되고,상기 시트부재는 상기 아웃터 케이스와 상기 베어링부재들 사이에서 인서트 몰딩되며, 상기 아웃터 케이스와 상기 베어링부재들을 일체로 구성하는 몰딩부로서 이루어지며,상기 아웃터 케이스는 스틸 소재로 이루어지고, 내주면에 널링부를 형성하며,상기 각 베어링부재는 합성수지 소재로 이루어지고, 외주면에 원주 방향을 따라 다수의 돌기들을 형성하며,상기 시트부재는 합성수지 소재로 이루어지고, 상기 돌기들에 대응하는 홈들을 내주면에 형성하며,상기 한 쌍의 베어링부재들은 상기 구형부를 사이에 두고 상기 중공형 축의 양측에 끼워지며, 서로 마주하는 각각의 가장자리단에 상호 대응하는 결합홈과 결합 돌기를 형성하는 자동차용 볼 조인트 어셈블리.
