Claims (25)
- 고무상 중합체 라텍스(A), 피로인산과 알칼리 금속의 염(B) 및 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스(C)를 혼합함으로써, 고무상 중합체를 비대화시켜, 질량 평균 입자 직경이 0.6∼3 ㎛인 비대화 고무를 제조하는 방법으로서,
고무상 중합체 라텍스(A)의 고형분 100 질량부에 대하여, 상기 피로인산과 알칼리 금속의 염(B)이 0.1∼10 질량부이고, 상기 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스(C)가 고형분으로 0.1∼10 질량부이며,
상기 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스(C)는 수중에서, 산기 함유 단량체 5∼30 질량% 및 불포화 카르복시산 에스테르계 단량체 95∼70 질량%를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 중합하여 수득된, 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스인 것을 특징으로 하는, 비대화 고무의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 비대화 고무 10∼90 질량부의 존재 하에, 불포화 카르복시산 에스테르계 단량체 50∼100 질량%를 포함하는 단량체 성분 10∼90 질량부(비대화 고무와 단량체 성분의 총합은 100 질량부임)를 중합하여 수득된, 그라프트 공중합체로서,
상기 비대화 고무는, 고무상 중합체 라텍스(A), 상기 고무상 중합체 라텍스(A)의 고형분 100 질량부에 대하여 0.1∼10 질량부의 피로인산과 알칼리 금속의 염(B), 및 상기 고무상 중합체 라텍스(A)의 고형분 100 질량부에 대하여 고형분으로 0.1∼10 질량부가 되는 함량의 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스(C)를 혼합함으로써, 고무상 중합체를 비대화시켜 수득하는, 질량 평균 입자 직경이 0.6∼3 ㎛인 비대화 고무이고;
상기 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스(C)는 수중에서, 산기 함유 단량체 5∼30 질량% 및 불포화 카르복시산 에스테르계 단량체 95∼70 질량%를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 중합하여 수득된 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스인 것을 특징으로 하는, 그라프트 공중합체. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고무상 중합체 라텍스(A)가 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 고무 라텍스인 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체.
- 제3항에 기재된 그라프트 공중합체(D) 3∼70 질량부; 및
(a) 중합체(III) 및 (b) 제3항에 기재된 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 수지와 중합체(III)를 제외한 열가소성 수지로부터 선택되는 하나 이상(E) 30∼97 질량부
(그라프트 공중합체(D); 및 (a) 중합체(III) 및 (b) 제3항에 기재된 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 수지와 중합체(III)를 제외한 열가소성 수지로부터 선택되는 하나 이상(E)의 총합은 100 질량부임)를 포함하는, 열가소성 수지 조성물로서,
상기 중합체(III)는 불포화 니트릴계 단량체, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 불포화 카르복시산 에스테르계 단량체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 성분을 중합하여 수득되며, 고무상 중합체를 포함하지 않는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 제3항에 기재된 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 수지와 중합체(III)를 제외한 열가소성 수지가 염화 비닐 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제5항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 조성물을 성형하여 제조한 성형품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 압출 성형에 의해 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 성형품 본체 표면에, 제5항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어진 피복층을 포함하는 성형품.
- 비대화 고무 10∼90 질량부의 존재 하에, 불포화 니트릴계 단량체 3∼50 질량% 및 방향족 비닐계 단량체 20∼97 질량%를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물 10∼90 질량부(비대화 고무와 단량체 혼합물의 합은 100 질량부임)를 중합하여 수득된, 그라프트 공중합체로서,
상기 비대화 고무는 고무상 중합체 라텍스(A), 상기 고무상 중합체 라텍스(A)의 고형분 100 질량부에 대하여 0.1∼10 질량부의 피로인산과 알칼리 금속의 염(B), 및 상기 고무상 중합체 라텍스(A)의 고형분 100 질량부에 대하여 고형분으로 0.1∼10 질량부가 되는 함량의 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스(C)를 혼합함으로써, 고무상 중합체를 비대화시켜 수득된, 질량 평균 입자 직경이 0.6∼3 ㎛인 비대화 고무이고,
상기 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스(C)는 수중에서, 산기 함유 단량체 5∼30 질량% 및 불포화 카르복시산 에스테르계 단량체 95∼70 질량%를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 중합하여 수득된 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스인 것을 특징으로 하는, 그라프트 공중합체. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고무상 중합체 라텍스(A)가 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 고무 라텍스인 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 그라프트율이 20∼50 질량%이고, 그라프트공중합체 중의 아세톤 가용분의 질량 평균 분자량이 100,000∼ 500,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체.
- 제10항에 기재된 그라프트 공중합체(I) 10∼70 질량% 및 중합체(III) 30 ∼ 90 질량%를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물로서,
상기 중합체(III)는, 불포화 니트릴계 단량체, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 불포화 카르복시산 에스테르계 단량체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 성분을 중합하여 수득된, 고무상 중합체를 포함하지 않는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 중합체(III)가 불포화 니트릴계 단량체 3∼50 질량% 및 방향족 비닐계 단량체 20∼97 질량%를 포함하는 단량체 성분을 중합하여 수득된 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 중합체(III)가 불포화 카르복시산 에스테르계 단량체 50∼100 질량%를 포함하는 단량체 성분을 중합하여 수득된 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.

(그라프트 공중합체(D); 및 (a) 중합체(III) 및 (b) 제4항에 기재된 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 수지와 중합체(III)를 제외한 열가소성 수지로부터 선택되는 하나 이상(E)의 총합은 100 질량부임)를 포함하는, 열가소성 수지 조성물로서,
상기 중합체(III)는 불포화 니트릴계 단량체, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 불포화 카르복시산 에스테르계 단량체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 성분을 중합하여 수득되며, 고무상 중합체를 포함하지 않는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제21항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 제4항에 기재된 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 수지와 중합체(III)를 제외한 열가소성 수지가 염화 비닐 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제21항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 조성물을 성형하여 제조한 성형품.
- 제23항에 있어서, 압출 성형에 의해 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 성형품 본체 표면에, 제21항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어진 피복층을 포함하는 성형품.
