도 2은 도 1에 따라서 제조된 베이스 시트의 사진이고,
도 3는 도 2에 따라서 제조된 무정형 전도성 바닥재 사진이다.
3 : 전도성 카본 블랙 또는 단일 금속 분말 또는 복합 금속 분말
Claims (5)
- a) 2개 이상의 베이스 칼라의 양측으로 칼라패턴이 혼합 형성되어 압출기로 부터 베이스 시트가 압출되는 단계와,
b) 상기 베이스 시트를 냉각시키고, 무정형 형태로 분쇄시켜서 혼합 분쇄칩으로 만드는 단계와,
c) 상기 분쇄된 혼합 분쇄칩의 미분을 제거하는 단계와,
d) 상기 미분이 제거된 혼합 분쇄칩을 전도성 카본블랙 또는 전도성 단일 금속 분말 또는 복합 금속 분말로 코팅하는 단계와,
e) 상기 코팅된 혼합 분쇄칩을 프레스로 열 압착하여 성형블록을 만드는 단계, 및
f) 상기 성형블록을 복수의 겹으로 분리되도록 슬라이싱하여 전도성 시트로서 성형하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 혼합 분쇄칩의 미분 제거는 회전가능한 원통형의 선별기를 통해 이루어지며, 상기 혼합 분쇄칩의 크기는 15Φ ~ 30Φ정도로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는
무정형 전도성 바닥재의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 미분이 제거된 혼합 분쇄칩 표면에,
상기 전도성 카본블랙과 가소제(DOP)를 1 : 0.5 내지 1 : 2의 비율로 혼합된 카본졸을 코팅하거나,
염화비닐수지(PVC) 100중량부에 대해 상기 전도성 단일 금속 분말 또는 복합 금속 분말 1~10중량부, 가소제(DOP) 40~60중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 코팅하는
무정형 전도성 바닥재의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 단일 금속 분말은 금, 백금, 은, 구리, 니켈이고,
상기 복합 금속 분말은 은과 팔라듐, 은과 구리가 혼합된 분말이되,
입자의 크기는 0.01~10㎛인
